I am running into this error. What can I do?

I am trying to use multiple vaults with iCloud sync. The problem I am having is that the content is overwritten with the same across these vaults and the password is same. How do I setup multiple valuts with a single icloud account? Thanks

Figured out, the issue was that I was VPN on my mac. Turned off VPN and I was able to sync.

I am trying to setup a sync for my new vault and I am running into this issue. What could be the issue? I paid for the product. Thanks
