Hi, a have some local development domains without https. Now i have to create 2 different entries for the project. this is fine but in some cases i would be good to store the local and non local domain in one entry. Is this possible in some way?

Hi, I'm unable to export my vault's data into a file using any available format (JSON / CSV / TXT). I always receive an error "An error occured while exporting the vault" (see attached screenshot). Error occurs both in the App Store version of the app and the one downloaded from the website (freshly installed). I've tried selecting the Documents or Desktop folders, making subfolders in them, different file names - nothing seems to work. I also tried enabling the logs in the Advanced section of the Settings, but it just shows me an empty output (so I assume this error is not even being logged). I exported my passwords (relating to my email addresses) and upon viewing the CSV file, noticed strange info that's not in any record! (Starts with the 2FA into the next columns). What is causing this? Using 6.11.19 (2206)

Hello Team, For a while, I don't remember when exactly, Enpass won't come in foreground when using Mission Control. I use it a lot on my Mac and it's very frustrating. Every time I'm selecting Enpass's main window with Mission Control he stay in foreground for half a second and then return in background. If i open the preference window of Enpass and trying to select it with Mission Control it work well. I've just tried to uninstall Enpass (using Pearcleaner) restart my computer and reinstall it and the behavior didn't change. Have you any fix or debug step to try to return to correct operation ? Enpass Pro lets me log in, but then a message pops up, which I can't dismiss, informing me that I haven't used the appllication for some time and I have to authenticate by a code which will be sent to my email address. But this email message never arrives. And it's not in my SPAM folder. I can't even change the mail address. So I am logged in, but I can't use the application. I even installed the newest version manually.

I am attempting to sync a vault through webdav to my NextCloud server hosted configured via docker. I am able to connect to this server and at least some of the attachments get uploaded but the vault contents (e.g. vault.enpassdbsync file) itself does not get uploaded. I get an error message "Something went wrong while syncing with Webdav. Error code: 908404. Attachment shows the contents of the nextcloud directory after the error message. Of note, I have been able to sync another vault to the same Nextcloud instance using webdav and it syncs fine. The only difference I note is that the instance that syncs correctly does not have any attachments.

I have forgotten my exact master password. I basically know what it is but some letters in it are replaced with numbers and now when I type it in it is always rejected so I am obviously not changing the right ones. In short - is there any way to recover this password or am I doomed to have to start all over again?

I’m able to sync using Wi-Fi between my iPhone and MacBook, but after a short while and then it stops!? I contacted support before, and they asked me to install the Discovery App to confirm that Wi-Fi sync is available, and it is (see details below). I sync at home so on the same Mac/iPhone network, no firewall, VPN..etc I’ve also attached iPhone/MAC screenshots to this post for reference. I'm running Enpass portable on my M1 mac. I keep getting this error when I open the app, "Unable to Run from Current Location. Please change portable execution location." Haven't been able to figure out if it's a problem with M1 or something I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

Hey since upgrading to Mac OS 15 Sequoia Enpass is not working anymore with Passkeys If I am on a webpage where I have a passkey saved in Enpass and I want to login to the URL I just get the popup in the attached screenshot. I cannot choose enpass anymore to be used to fill out the passkey. The only possibility now is to use my iPhone and then scan the barcode that is displayed on the Mac (safari and firefox) and then use my iPhone to pass the passkey to the browser. Is there a workaround for this or a fix ??

This was always working fine, but started recently (maybe because of and update to MacOS Tahoe?). I am trying to autofill a username and password. When I click on a field I get a message 'click to unlock Enpass'. But Enpass is already open. If I click on the message it opens a website trying to open the Enpass app. I already tried restarting Enpass, restarting Safari and rebooting my MacBook. Nothing helps. The strange thing is, on my Mac Mini with Tahoe it works fine. I tried compare settings but couldn't find any differences. Anyone know what's going on?

Hi, unfortunately, for me (and another person), the MacOS app keeps popping up in the foreground. This often happens when you close another app. Pop, Enpass is back in the middle of the screen. This has been happening for some time, regardless of the MacOS or Enpass version. It's extremely annoying, as I have to click Enpass away unnecessarily 20-30 times every day. Despite the fact that both my regular nextcloud client on my desktop and my browser connection have no problem connecting to my nextcloud server, when I specify the standard URL for my server in Enpass (which I'm hoping can replace 1Password for my entire family), I get the message, "Could not connect to specified Nextcloud server. Please check your URL I recognize that one can use WebDAV but since Nextcloud was an explicit choice in the list of servers, I assumed I didn't actually have to use the WebDAV URL What's the scoop?

To test enpass (latest version), I created a passkey on Google.com. While I was connected to Google, the passkey seemed to work OK. But, when I closed the browser (Brave) and then relaunched it and tried to log into Google, Google had no idea about the passkey saved there. Thus, I was forced to enter a user name, password, and backup code. I tried this multiple times and always had the same issue. Below is a screenshot I got several times: I clicked "Use another device" and was prompted to save it to enpass. I am using Enpass 6.11.17 on MacOS 26. When the window has focus and the cursor is flashing, the entire window flickers in time with the cursor. I've captured this in the video linked here: https://youtu.be/Qln7OLU45vM. Is anyone else seeing this? Is it a known bug?

Hello, Each time I unlock MacOS BigSur (last update) on M1 MacMini, the Enpass App (last update) is crashing and i have to restart. As soon as i click on the menu bar Enpass icon, it crash. I am using two webdav vaults with keyfiles. Thanks

Hello team, This has been happening for the past at least three months on two of my Macs that sync to a WebDAV location. I noticed this a while back when NPaaS app was just in the background and running for a few hours, and then I would try to update it, it would give me this error. Then when I completely quit the app and open it again, it will allow me to make whatever change I try to do. As mentioned this happens on two Macs. Is this a known bug or issue? I've even tried to sync locally, and I have switched both of my Macs from WebDAV to working with the local file, but the same issue happens, so it's not WebDAV-related. I'm not really so worried about absolute security. (Say what you will; I have my reasons chief of which is my wife refuses to give a flip and uses as many of the same passwords she can get away with and doesn't have a pass for her laptop FFS.) I do care about site's logins/passwords and love Enpass. But I am getting tired of having to log into Enpass several times a day. In Enpass>Settings>Security>Autolock I have tried setting System Inactive for 9999 minutes and Enpass is idle for 9999 minutes - all other options unchecked. What am I doing wrong?

Enpass always needs at least 10 seconds to start. Basically, Endpass starts immediately, but then it freezes and the beach ball appears. Only then can I search for passwords. This is also the case if I have switched off “Search for compromised passwords”. Even if WiFi sync is switched off. I have an iMac M1 OS, the Endpass version is 6.11.12 Is there any way to change this behavior? Thank you

I have an iPad Air. My wife has an iPad Mini, both running the same lifetime license. The iPad Air syncs just fine using iCloud sync. The Mini will not sync. The settings are the same. I've used my email/password on both tablets. I tried for years to use wi-fi sync, but that turned out to be a waste of time. Any suggestions are most welcome. Thank you.

I keep having this issue during my testing of Enpass. I setup enpass and that seems to work fine, but later when I restart it, I get the initial screen where I am asked how I will use enpass (personal or business). I ended up with three different enpass installations of the main vault. Enpass lets me enter items in which ever vault is "current" from the latest forced re-install but then later it seems to totally forget it's installed and wants me to go through the entire process again... ???? Not sure how this happens, but it doesn't seem enpass is going to work for me. Just too many issues (passkey not working as expected, for example). Thanks,

Hello, Enpass crashes about every fourth time I launch it. Besides that, the beach ball spins for about 15 seconds each time after launching. Both of these things are making me question whether I want to continue using Enpass at all. I therefore want to completely delete Enpass from my Mac and then completely reinstall it. Of course, I want to keep all my passwords and settings. How can I get a direct, freshly installed copy of my current Enpass app? Is it sufficient to export vaults? What about the other settings? I was wondering why my Mac's boot drive was shrinking and found 8GB of what I assume to be Enpass temporary files. The files are located in User/<name>/Library/Containers/Enpass/Data/Library/Caches/CloudKit/<folder name>/Assets Enpass is writing at least one 2MB file every 10 minutes. There were files in there going back to November of last year and, as I say, as of today, this totalled 8GB of data. Surely this is unnecessary? Or if these files are necessary, then clearly housekeeping is not being done properly. Any thoughts?

This has been occurring for the past year and recent updates haven't improved the situation. As reported in previous versions Enpass randomly quits and has to be restarted. The app is not "sleeping", it has quit. This becomes apparent when trying to fill a password in Safari and am prompted to start Enpass. Starting Enpass also doesn't connect to the Safari plugin - which is the 2nd bug reported here. I haven't been able to determine any pattern to the random quitting. Sometimes it occurs in a few hours, other times it's 2-3 days. Look forward to this being fixed.

I was working with a content management and was wondering why working is not fluent. Then I test it with speedometer and there is a massiv slow down through the Enpass browser extension. Could you check and repair/correct that. Are any solution for that problem? See attachment.
