Enpass Support & Troubleshooting

I'd like to update my Enpass on my MacOS which is running Monterey. I see that the latest Enpass requires MacOS 13 or later. Where can I download the latest Enpass version that works on MacOS 12?

Hi Enpass team/community, I’m having an issue where Enpass cannot connect to my pCloud WebDAV endpoint. This happens on both Windows and iOS. What’s confusing is that pCloud and my network seem to be fine: I can access pCloud normally (web/app). I can also use the same WebDAV credentials and endpoint successfully in other WebDAV clients. Only Enpass reports a network-related error (something like “network problem” / unable to connect). This has happened before as well, and last time it eventually started working again without me changing anything, so I’m not sure what triggers it. What I’ve tried: …

My situation is, that a have more than one login for Microsoft and enpass always picks the false login as direct recommendation on iphone + ipad (one that i did not use quite a long time) and my company login is not shown in the suggestions at all. I would like my company login to show up as first suggestion for the Microsoft login. Is there any mechanism to flag a login as default for as specific homepage or a way i need to arrange the logins concerning webpages to match / favorites ... whatever that the login shows up as default? Good morning all, I am French and have been a loyal Enpass user for several years. Today I just received a usb-c fingerprint key and the first thing I did is set it up with Enpass but ... it doesn't work. I read the manual for the key and in fact it is not recognized as a windows hello device but as a usb security device. One of your serious competitor offers operation with this key. Hi. I've received a new laptop and for some reason I'm not able to activate Enpass. I'm getting "SSL certificate validation failed. Please try restarting Enpass". I've tried using the version from Microsoft store and also downloaded from Enpass directly. I've also tried to restore from Backup but nothing worked. Any ideas?

New passwords added on macOS, prompting successful synchronization (Dec 29, 311 passwords). But on other devices (mobile, Windows) I can't get the latest files via WebDAV (Dec 27, 309 passwords) My files are on a NAS and I can see that they are not up-to-date either (Dec 27) Finally disconnected and relinked on macOS to restore to the latest data version. But I don't know when this will happen again. I hope the above info helps you guys with this issue

I have created 2 new vaults. In attempting to connect them following the standard instructions "To add an existing vault" only takes me to open a fresh iteration of Enpass. All I want to do is connect and sync them.

I use Wi-Fi sync for years but it suddenly stopped working. Mac is server and active, trying to sync the iPhone I get en error message in vault settings: "password for data on Wi-Fi sync needed". When I select "solve" it wants me to put in a "password for the data on Wi-Fi Sync". Filling this out it says, master password will be changed if I move on, but anyways if I try the Wi-Fi sync password or the Enpass master password I get an error "wrong password". I already tried to set ab a new Wi-Fi sync connection using the QR code with no success. I can use Enpass on the Mac and on the iPhone with the old settings, but can't sync the data anymore.

Hello, I want to sync one vault stored in iCloud across 4 Apple devices and I have severe problems syncing the devices. I managed to sync them all initially once. But once the iPhones lost their authentication I couldn't reauthenticate them with iCloud anymore. The Macbooks have a different issue. They lose their authentication once in a while (maybe once a week). After that I can successfully reauthenticate them. But that's really annoying. Is it even possible to use Enpass with my setup? With different devices having different Apple IDs registered in their OS? My Setup: All Enpass installations are licensed with my private lifetime license. My vault…

Hello my Vault syncing to OneDrive is failing across Windows, MacOS, iOS, iPadOS and Android OS. I have attached a screen shot of the failure message on Windows for reference and have confirmed the same message with error code is in all previously mention platforms

Set-Up: MacOS 15.5 NextCloud There are 2 separate Vaults on the NextCloud So Far: Both Vaults have been syncing correctly for the past few years Problem: Since today, one of the Vaults does not want to sync I set-up the synchronisation new, does not solve it. Error: SYNC ERROR - Password wrong. The same WEBDAV password works for the other vault. What is the issue?

Hello, I wanted to move my Dropbox vault back to iCloud. I wanted to connect the vault to iCloud in the iPhone app. Apparently, I've done that before because there's already data there. However, I don't know the password for this vault anymore. I'd like to delete it, but I can't access it. How can I delete this vault in iCloud and create a new one?

I am using Google Drive to hold my vault/data. Where can I look to see evidence that Enpass is storing data on my cloud drive ? I don't care about the data itself, of course, but I would expect to see some file placement or transaction log. Enpass itself seems to running just fine and I have confirmed that my Google account has connection access for Enpass as a 3rd party app.

Investigating more on issue Sync Error 1308413 on Portable (Windows) - Windows PC - Enpass Discussion Forum, I have found that a misconfiguration of the webserver prohibited file uploads of a certain size. The vault.enpassdb file was too large to be uploaded. which resulted in an error when connecting new clients. However, as I hade had changed the server (physically), I did not re-setup any Enpass client, as they claimed(!) that everything was just fine. Hey, the forum is quite full with syn errors - since 2021 - the same issue is reported again and again. The longest one is: For me this happens several times a week. I love enpass but after 3 years unsolved issue I lost the trust in (does it really exit?) the support. My last try to report it and then it is time to change. The exact error message is: "Sync Error Password of data on WebDav is required". If I press resolve I should enter my master password which I do. Hey Enpass Support Team, Hope you can help, I've been a happy Enpass user for many years now, and it's been fantastic across Windows, Linux, and iOS and I've recommended it to loads of people. I have enpass Pro and until yesterday I had around 400 items in my vault. Yesterday, I tried out the Wi-Fi sync feature for the first time, and that's when things went wrong. Suddenly, only 13 items were left in my vault. I've tried resetting Enpass on all my devices, removing cloud-stored vaults, and restoring from a backup, which brings the items back temporarily. But as soon as I sync with anything (folder, Wi-Fi, OneDrive, iCloud), all except 13 items vanish again. …

Hello, if I have a title which contains some special character with accent (like: "jelszó"), I can search for that only to use the word with special character. It would be great if the search will find the title if I use the word without accent (like: "jelszo"). I check it on iOS and macOS, on both system the search function works the same. Thanks! Hi there, I am trying to export a CSV file from Enpass. However, the exported CSV file does not have any column titles. Can someone help by providing a template of column titles which I can add as an addiitonal row in the exported CSV file? Thanks!

Hi team, Today I've realized that Enpass OTP doesn't work with Eneba accounts. Eneba's (anonymized) OTPAUTH is the following: I thought Eneba made any change since I configured 2FA with them, so I deleted any 2FA association and reconfigured from scratch. It is curious because when you configure the association you get OK from 2FA check, but when you logoff from Eneba and want to get in again you get 'password wrong' error on 2FA code check. Can you check this out, please? It is a little scary to think that Enpass OTPs can fail on some sites... There is no way (without reaching support) to bypass OTP where activated.

I have website icons disabled. When changing the icon I see there are a lot of website icons for the most popular sites when I search for something. Are those build in? Or still fetched from your servers?

Hello, I'm running Windows 11 Pro 22H2 (App version: 6.8.5 (1239)) and iOS 16.4 (App version: 6.8.6 (684)). When I attempt to update any login credentials on either Windows or iPhone, and run a sync between devices, my credentials get reverted back to the previous settings. I have tried iCloud, OneDrive, and Wi-Fi Sync with the same results. Hi, is there any option to host the vault at my own server? Option 1 i found: use wifi sync, this is no option for me, i wont use my desktop pc to run as a server cause he is not running all the time is the maybe an way to host this "wifi sync" server in docker? i will sync between windows, iOS, MacOS and in the future maybe on linux. has anyone a good idea to use an existing fileserver and docker to get this work? greetings (im new, be kind)

Hello has anyone encountered newly saved tags disappearing the next day? I would add a Customer tag, save it, it would show up for that day but the next day the tag disappears. This happens on multiple records. Any old customer tags still exist, not sure what the difference is.

So it seems ENpass p[ublished 6.10 and many users updated, but then pulled it from the website or from updates. Can you please explain what's going on? Should we be worried that you introduced bugs in 6.10 that can affect users? Why was 6.10 released and then pulled?
