Hi Amandeep, Well, sadly there are some of your requests that I can't get by now or can't remember... But, If in any moment I can reproduce -or I'm affected by- the issue I will post all info here... I can share the following (info is from my last issue, can't remember data from the previous one): The platforms and app versions -> Windows 11 24H2, 26100.6584 || App version Windows PC (Website version 6.11.15). The cloud service -> Onedrive. Ensure the vault is fully synced and up to date before attaching or saving files -> Yes, it was. Check that the attachment file path does not contain special characters or unsupported formats -> Did not contain special characters, the path was c:\users\my_user_name\Downloads Try temporarily disabling any antivirus or third-party security software that may interfere with file read/write operations -> I would say that was not the problem, but my AV is MS Defender (Windows standard). Now I can save the same items from Enpass to my computer without any problem, just after recreating them as I said on previous post. The file extensions and contents are the same than before, if AV have been the problem, I guess, it would continue preventing the items to be saved. Make sure your local disk has full write permissions for the Enpass data directory -> Yes it has. If I can make it happen again, I'll bear in mind to provide all feedback I can. Thanks for your interest and support.

Hi Team, I've some certificate files stored, attached to some items, in Enpass. Some weeks ago, I got "Can't save file" error when trying to save some of those certificates to my computer. The issue was troubleshooted by saving those files from a different computer on which I've the vault synced (cloud), on the second computer did not receive any error and could save the files without any problem to its disk. To solve the problem on both computers, I had to delete all affected entry items in app, first from the one which was failing (deleting the attached files was not enough and when the files were just substituted, were failing again when trying to save them), then sync all items on both computers and, finally, recreate all items, first, on the computer which did not fail and sync the whole vault again, once done those steps I could save the certificates form any of the computers. Finally, I'm writing this post because is the second time I face this problem. Further I know this problem affects both Enpass app versions Windows Store and Web. It is an anoying issue that could end with very bad consequences for any user who may be does not have more than one computer to do this whole procedure... Also, I checked Enpass logs (configuración > Avanzada > Registros) with no luck, seems Enpass does not log this kind of problems. I would appreciate if you can check if this is a problem from Enpass or, if its not the case, provide some tips to avoid this problem or how to face it in case of a single computer installation. Thanks in advance! (pardon my english... I'm not native as you could imagine some lines ago... 😁). Kind regards.

Hi Team, I'm using the Windows desktop app v 6.11.10 (1953) on some of my rigs (I started to do this when months ago the Windows Store stopped working properly some days, but desktop app did), and Microsoft Store app v 6.1110.1948 on other computers. Since two last versions of Enpass apps (both the Windows desktop app or Microsoft store app) Enpass freezes for 2-3 minutes. During these freezing, if you try to interact, it shows "App not responding" Windows warning asking if you want to wait or close the app. I assume the freezing is related to internet connection not being available to contact Onedrive, for example due to a captive portal expiration. I've not observed this behavior in other situations. The problem appears to be related to an in-app increase to the waiting time for the response from cloud vault. Before these two last versions this issue never happened to me, I never noticed that I was out of internet connection, and the app ran seamless, without any freeze or temporal hangs, for me whether I was online or offline and had access to my Onedrive vault or not. Could you, please, tell me if these freezes could be due to changes in app design or if this seems to be a problem of my particular installation/equipment? If its the former, could you take a look at the wait times, and try to get the app to run smoothly without internet access? If it's the second case, do you think uninstalling and reinstalling the apps on my computers can solve the problem? Regards from Spain (excuse my English!)

Hi all, I'm facing the same error. LibreWolf version: Nombre Id Versión Origen ----------------------------------------------- LibreWolf LibreWolf.LibreWolf 136.0.1-1 winget I had not to uninstall and reinstall from LibreWolf website, it was enough to unchek 'Authorize Browsers with Verified Code Signatures Only' as advertised. It would be great if dev team can add LibreWolf to authorized browsers. Thanks!

Enpass OTP not working with Eneba TOTP
matt73 replied to matt73's topic in Enpass Support & Troubleshooting
EDITED (Solved). As you said @AnakinCaesar, the problem was time sync... not due to timezone but my desktop computer had lost communications to time.windows.com and it was around 30 secs out of sync. Probably the OTP that were running as expected was thanks to a timeout greater, on those 2FA, than those that weren't. Thans for your help you putted me on the track! ============================================================================================================ Hi, Until now I'd seen this behavior only with Eneba account and during last days I've been using some other accounts without any problem (same vault but different computer and app version Windows Modern -work laptop- vs Windows Desktop -personal desktop computer-). As from your message I've done some testing and there are other 2FA which fails, tests are done all with Enpass desktop 6.11.0 (1695) and haven't tried these from my laptops with Windows Modern App. The test results are: Epic Games -> Code not valid or expired. EA -> Code not valid or expired. But surprise, there are others that runs smoothly, examples: Facebook Notesnook Nvidia Maybe there are more on both sides, working and not working. Let me know if I can assist you giving more details or testing. I forgot to tell, I'm using Windows 11 23H2 (22631.3958). Thanks for your help. -
Hi team, Today I've realized that Enpass OTP doesn't work with Eneba accounts. Eneba's (anonymized) OTPAUTH is the following: I thought Eneba made any change since I configured 2FA with them, so I deleted any 2FA association and reconfigured from scratch. It is curious because when you configure the association you get OK from 2FA check, but when you logoff from Eneba and want to get in again you get 'password wrong' error on 2FA code check. Can you check this out, please? It is a little scary to think that Enpass OTPs can fail on some sites... There is no way (without reaching support) to bypass OTP where activated.

Uffff, what a big mess and very very bad management of it... 48 hours later they even don't know where they are... As a password management app, Enpass should be designed as flawless possible and must have different guaranteed ways of access to its content, very strong procedures for development, tests, roll up deployment and roll back if necessary. Those are mandatory points. Sadly, Synew have not considered them. When a critical app fails it must be only for very very short time and the provider must give very good management of it, specially providing workarounds or rolling back last version from public repositories, in this case Windows Store. In this case Microsoft or Synew have been unable to mobilize resources to restore/roll back the app in term of minutes/hours to recover the service. All I can do is to learn from this and: 1.- Never again will use password apps from Windows Store. It seems that when app on store has a problem the installed app does not run neither. 2.- Store backups of Enpass web on different devices/cloud. 2.- I'm going to use Enpass only to store silly passwords on non-critical level services. I've even unable to post in this forum due to Enpass auto generated password for my account, which I can't remember -like dozens of them- of course, this is why I use Enpass! Where is Enpass support team? They're absolutely missing... What a pitty...

Enpass 6.8.0(Beta) is Here – For Windows
matt73 replied to Mohit Thapa's topic in Windows 10 (Store version)
Hi Enpass Team, First I want to thank you for your great app and work! Yesterday I updated to 6.80 (1048) and set Enpass as default password manager for MSEdge (extension). Since I enabled that functionality I lost MSEdge forms history function (may be it occurs on other web browsers too). To recover that functionality have to disable Enpass as default password manager. Would be possible to have both functions at same time? When working with, for example, ticketing web tool is very useful to have forms history available. Obviously, at same time, to enable Enpass as default password manager for any web browser is the best option for me. Regards! -
That worked for me. Sorry for the delay for the feedback. Thanks a lot.

So similar problem here... I've two different vaults, one for private use and one for work. As my phone is basically for private use, I've my MS private account synced in it (autologin and contacts synced too to my MS Live account). The problem, as yours, is that I'm unable to sync my work vault (or any other in OneDrive) because Enpass allways try to connect with my private account to OneDrive and never let me to change my login user (also with autofill disabled). The pretty thing is that with any other webservice, as Dropbox for example, Enpass ask me for user and password, but does not do that with OneDrive. I bought pro Android app yesterday, I hope anybody can help us. I guess people from Enpass have a look on forums. If not I will contact support and, if I get a solution I will post it here.
