Hi, unfortunately, I have experienced several times that when changing/adding a new password to an existing entry, a random other password from the same entry has been corrupted. Various special characters are no longer displayed, meaning the password is gone, like this one: This happens while the entry is still being edited. If I notice it before saving the changes, I can still cancel it, but if not, it's gone. I think I had this problem with MacOS before, but I'm not sure. In any case, the problem exists on Android.

After a couple of weeks, the Enpass App for Android 16 (Google Pixel 😎 gets very slow on startup. It takes ~ 10 seconds to unlock my vault. I tried clearing cache: did not improve Afterwards, I tried clearing storage: this worked, but comes close to a full reinstall. So there seems to be a bug that storage (not cache) accumulates over time and makes the app extremely slow/unusable. Please fix this, Enpass team.

Confer.to site sign up sends email with link. The link opens confer.to to generate keys. Clicking Generate button prompts to save passkey to enpass but when attempting to save the confer.to site gives the following error "Your password manager doesn't support encryption keys. Please try again using 1Password or your device's built-in authenticator."

I just switched to using enpass from robo form. Enpass is not handling registration forms or credit card formsat all on android 16. It would not even capture my login properly not this forum when using Vivaldi. I have disabled the password manager/credit card and address for each browser expecting enpass to fill in this information. Ii have setup all of the credit card and contacts in enpass already. But when I got a registration form I do not get any option to fill. If I go to the enpass keyboard there is a option to tap to fill and the I can manually search for a contact that manually search for a field. This is not a solution. …

Hello. Is there any way to disable the "Autofill with Enpass" pop-up bubble on specific apps without disabling it completely? For several months now, it constantly pops up over my DuckDuckGo search box, and it has become terribly annoying. Thank you for any suggestions.

Using Reddit for example. Image 1: no autofill option on keyboard Image 2: after manually choosing "autofill" from the context menu, it shows a pop-up "contents can't be autofilled". Same happens on gg.deals. I did not enable accessibility autofill given Chrome is supposed to support autofill framework now.

I have an nextcloud server running. My enpass syncs to it now fine. I now have a onedrive and want to sync to it. I connected enpass to it, but when I switched to the one drive there are zero records. I need my nextcould vault data to go over to onedrive.

Hi All, I have Enpass installed in 2 devices. 1 Windows 10 laptop & 1 Android 12 phone. Recently I started using it's WiFi Sync feature to avoid the cloud. But I've noticed that if I change something in Enpass Desktop, the changes aren't reflected on Android UNTIL I launch the enpass app. Is this by design? This behavior prevents the whole sync process from being seamless. Let's say I change a bank password on Enpass desktop now & 2 hours later, I need the updated password while I'm at the bank, I would need to ensure that I have launched Enpass Android once while I'm at home or I'm screwed later on. I've been using Kiwi browser for a long time, but it isn't being updated anymore. Now I'm looking for a new browser on my android phone. Quite some browsers I've tested so far (smaller, more obscure ones) don't work with autofill. Therefor I thought to turn the search around and look at android browsers that do work with autofill. I've now spend quite some time searching for a list of compatible browsers, but I can't seem to find one. Which android browsers work with Enpass autofill?

Recently, whenever I click on the autofill icon, the android app immediately crashes the android app.. This happens 100% of the time. The following are the info. I use a chromebook. I cannot get the app to work in a reasonable way. The chrome extension shows ENABLE AUTOFILL SERVICE! and it is asking me for ip address and port. What on earth does that mean? I have installed the app for Chromebook, but I guess the extension and the app are not talking to each other? This is really a horrible first start. Help?

Where can I find an older version of Enpass that will run on Android 8.0 (Oreo) and sync with latest version of Enpass. I have an older phone I want to use as a tablet to archive passwords in the event of catastrophe.

Once you set up Wi-Fi sync on Enpass Android, it's impossible to change any sync feature if it can't connect. The wifi sync is very finnicky and doesn't work most of time, so I end up with this screen with everything greyed out and unchangeable: Nothing on this screen can be tapped, everything is just stuck and unchangeable. So it's impossible to change syncing once it's set up and can't connect. Can you please provide a solution or ideally fix this issue so that users can disconnect and/or cancel the operation? This behavior is very frustrating for the user, as we're stuck and unable to do anything. Thank you.

Most of the screenshot is black as the app blocks that but tldr you do the finger scan and after the android popup shows a confirmation it worked the enpass app just says "something went wrong" My phone is an HMD Fusion with Android 15. I tried to disable and enable biometric multiple times.

Hello everyone, I've been experiencing a recurring issue for several months now. For password entries that include a favicon or custom icon, the icon sometimes disappears from the main overview/start page over time. When I click on the specific entry, the icon is usually visible again. However, after going back to the overview, the icon may reappear — or disappear again. It seems to happen randomly. I’ve already tried deleting the icon and even recreating the entire entry, but the problem still persists. The icon keeps randomly disappearing and reappearing. Is it possible to show the usernames of the accounts that can be autofilled to this website before needing to do a biometric verification? I found it much more straightforward when it's possible, like how Apple is offering with KeyChain, and Microsoft Authenticator on Android. Hello, I have pocketID service selfhosted and add passkeys in browser. Now I can login to pocketID admin page with that passkey trough browser Enpass plugin. I have sync Enpass app on Android 14 smartphone (One Plus 9 pro). I setup in Google to Enpass set autocomple options in android. When I try to login my admin pocketID page I get error that no passkeys found. What I make wrong? Regards.

I am having some difficulty with using Enpass with ChromeOS. I have the android app Enpass install and the Enpass extension installed in Chrome. In the android app, I attempted to do the following: 1. In the android app's settings -> Autofill -> Android Autofill Service. I toggle it and it and tries to set enpass as the android app. When I tried this, it display a dialogbox saying "Make sure you trust this app". When I press OK, the checkbox is not checked. Hi! Enpass was always working on my Galaxy S8 with Android 9. Yesterday, I installed enpass on my new S21 with Android 11, and suddenly the accessibility autofill service is no longer working. This happens with any site, for instance whe logging in to amazon.com in Chrome. I see the the Touch to Autofill notification in the adressbar, I can click it, and select Amazon, but it doesn't autofill. This happens on any site, and any app. I can see the notification, but the credentials are never filled. It only applies to the accessibility service, the regular autofill for apps that support it works. But for those that don't have this api, such as spotify, it doesn't work. …

I've noticed that Enpass is not an option when trying to log into the Fidelity v4.04 app. I have to open Enpass, copy the username, copy the password. Then I long press to paste the password, then hit the keyboard-context menu to get to the recent copied items to paste the username. Both Fidelity and Enpass are up-to-date.

I often use Duplicate to create new similar cards for other services, but now see that they ALL have carried across the application autofill settings from the Android app. There really needs to be a simple way to clear "app autofill" information from existing cards... and duplicate card should probably "throw away" any autofill mapping information. Is there something I am missing in the app, or is this a (pretty significant) limitation that really needs to be addressed in an update.

Hi, I am having issue with opening some of the attachment i have added. I am using Enpass on two devices. One is Windows 11 24H2, where i have Enpass installed from the Microsoft Store. Second one is Android 14, Enpass installed from Play Store. Some of the files which i am adding on Windows device cannot be opened on Android as i get "Attachment is on the way!" and no matter how i wait, how many times i sync the vault on both deices, I always get the same message. In my phone I have accessibilty for enpass set to "ON" but in the enpass settings it's disabled. When I enable it, i get sent to the accessibility settings to turn it on but it's already on. If I turn it of, it switches right back on again and when I go back to settings, it's still disabled in enpass settings. So no matter what I try I can not get enpass to autofill on android. This happened after I updated my pixel to android 14. It worked fine before this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled enpass to set it up from scratch but the issue remains after every reinstall. This means autofill does not work ever on my android device.

Sorting items by modification date at least on Android is incorrect. First and second item might show up correct but than the months gets scrambled in some other order. Since the last modified item always shows on top is often what's needed I haven't bothered. Latest Android app, 5 vaults (although sorting gets wrong with only one vault shown). 430 items in total
