Enpass Version 6.8.7.786 (Pro Version) Android 13 The last back up I did was on the 18th of April to the internal drive (on my phone). Went without a hitch and just like it always did... FAST! Today, however, when I performed the back-up, the "Back Up Data" just spins and spins and spins... The backup file was created with 0kb when I interupted it. (naturally) Please advise. Thank you.

Hi this is a compilation of the issues im getting. Cannot have more than two vaults open on Android Client. Everyonce in a while i am unable to sync the android client with google vaults and the disconnect option doesnt work and have to reset whole app.

For example , when I use Via or LemurBrowser to fill in passwords, Enpass cannot recognize the domain name of the current webpage and I need to manually select the account . However , everything works fine on Edge , Chrome, and Kiwi. On the other hand , Bitwarden works seamlessly on any browser. I'm wondering if Enpass has an internal whitelist mechanism that excludes browsers that are not on that list?

I recently upgraded to the pixel 7 pro and the password bar on the Android keyboard is always blank, no prompt to choose a login from the enpass app Version 6.8.3.726

Hello everybody, I use Enpass for years but, for the first time, I have a problème. I have created a New vault. Now I need to copy 450 items from an old vault and I don't want to do that one by one. How to copy all these items in one single opération ? Thanks in advance. Tom

Android v. 6.8.3.726 I have been using Dropbox to sync my primary vault (the only one I have) I am now changing to my Nextcloud (I used to use it with no problems, but it was down for a while so I switched temporarily to Dropbox) I have done this using the correct WebDav address on my Archlabs based linux laptop - no problem ( I didnt even need to bypass SSL certificate verification, I copied the webdav address from my Nextcloud settings) Laptop Enpass version: 6.8.1 (1063) Now I am unable to do the same on my android phone I have tried fist disconnecting Dropbox (with the aim of then making a N…

I bought a Pixel 6a about 1 month ago and Enpass has never worked properly. I always get the below message when trying to view/open a password through. "Error: The item you are looking for has been deleted or moved to another vault. You should remove this shortcut from the Home screen ." I am not trying to access the view the password from a shortcut on the Home screen so I'm not sure why this error thinks I am. Got an enpasscard file from a friend by email. We have a shared psk. When opening the enpasscard-file with enpass, the app just opens to enpass main view after unlocking. Importing via text and the clipboard works, but then a embedded image wasn't included. The same enpass card could be imported in enpass for Linux with the image included. Hi there After using the andriod app for about 2 weeks It's been going well until today when the app just crashes all the time Login to the app and crash after 5 seconds Auto fill works then app crashes after 5 seconds. I have cleared the cache. Restarted device but issue remains Any advice? Thanks

There appears to be a critical error in the latest release of Enpass (758). Backup files stored to a local device are empty. The same data backed up using Version 734 is okay. I enclose a screenshot from the file manager. Recorded on a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 8.0

I used wi-fi sync with all my devices instead, that's better than cloudsync anyway. I tried setting a drive backup, sharing it with my wife, putting a shortcut at the same location in her drive account that points back to my walletx file. When I log in in the android app on her phone with backup/vault set to google drive it says there are no passwords but there should be over 100. I also see no activity on her drive account...or mine for that matter. How do I share my currently backed-up-by-google-drive enpass personal account with my wife.

I got a new cloud gaming device over the holidays and Enpass is not playing well with it. It runs a pretty stock version of Android 11 with full Google services loaded. I can install Enpass from the Play Store and it allows me to go through the setup process and setup the first vault. Once the first vault is setup, the app just force closes itself every time I try to run it. I can clear the cache and it still happens. I can do a full clear of the data and it goes through the setup process again, but with the same end result of force closing after that. Any thoughts or advice on how to get this to work?

When using the keyboard in landscape mode, typing in items to search for in the vault, you can't see the results because the screen is in full screen mode. In portrait mode it works correctly. See image below. Enpass version is 6.8.5.758 and tablet is running One UI 5.0, Android Version 13.

Hey there, I am currently using enpass after a friend's recommendedation but i am having too much problem figuring it out! I am having many issues. One of them is that I am not getting the prompt to save passwords in any web browser i have tried chrome, brave and firefox. Where as i have tried other password managers also and they work flawlessly in that regard. I get prompt to save password whenever i create a new account or login my existing account. Enpass version- 6.8.4.734 Android version- 13 Device- Samsung galaxy A33 5G

I sync my Macbook and Android phone to a dropbox vault. All of a sudden, without changing anything, the android app won't sync anymore. I get only the message in the title of this post. Please advise. jv

I've Verified the OneDrive name on both devices. Also tried unsuccessfully using wifi sync setup on my phone (both QR & Manual). Yet, my phone's vault is a month old and shows a different number of items. How do I get the phone re-synched?

The two action-keys are again missing for me. Long-pressing Enpass in app drawer should have "Search" and "Add item" show up, but they're now missing. Thus happened before on earlier 6.0.x and was fixed by re-installing. Neither Rebooting device nor clearing cache works. Not a deal breaker but a little annoying. Android 11 Enpass 6.8.3 OnePlus7T

Hello, I found a bug in the search. For example, when I search for "ing" (the bank) in my entries, Enpass finds nothing. The entry is "Ing-Diba", which is the former name in Germany. "Ing-Diba" has no spaces. But if I search for "ing-" (ing with hyphen without spaces) the entry is found, if I search for "diba", the entry is found too. Why doesn't Enpass also find the entry when I search only what is before the special character? The search is not case sensitive, this ist not a Problem. Hello, within the last month or so, the sync to my other device via Dropbox got broken. As far as I can tell from history in Dropbox account, the last sync from mobile to dropbox (and Mac) was about mid-September. Right now, I see new updates made via mobile only on the mobile phone. When I press the Sync button manually, nothing happens (neither in the app, nor in Dropbox account). I recently switched from a Huawei Mate 20 pro to a Samsung Galaxy S22+ with Android 12 and since then, can't get the autofill to work correctly., Only with password fields, the Autofill prompt appears, but not within username fields. I have enabled "autofill with accessability" I'm using Enpass 6.8.2.666 Android 12 latest updates installed as of today. Is this a known bug or what am I doing wrong?

Hello, I had to reset my phone to factory default. Have done a full backup before (all files) with My Phone Explorer and with Samsung Smart Switch. Didn't get my enpass db back after restoring my phone. When opening enpass, it's asking me for a place to store the new db or the place of an existing. Didn't run a recent backup in enpass. Do you know any way to get it back? Thanks a lot for your help!

Enpass Pro. I use only one vault on my PC titled "Primary" (w 131 entries), which is synced to OneDrive. While my android phone shows two vaults: "Primary" & another titled "Jan22". But the content is reversed. The 131 entries are shown in my "Jan22" vault, which is also synced to OneDrive. But the phone's "Primary" is old and not up to date & I would like to simply delete it. I see no menu option on my phone to delete a vault. But also wondering why the vault titles are confused?

Is it possible to easily use Enpass on a mobile device only ?

I am an Enpass lifetime subscriber. I've changed my master password in the Desktop app, but it's not working on my S22+ Android phone. The old password still works for unlocking android app. I would appreciate your assistance.
