Hello, after using enpass years flawless, my wife has the problem that under certain circumstances the vault is empty (0kb) on Nextcloud after syncing from her android (Samsung A3 2017 Android 8). The vault on the phone seems ok, but syncing from this state doesn't repair the vault on Nextcloud. After Syncing from another computer, all seems ok. Syncing from the mobile works syncing from several pc works flawless. After a few hours, the same problem occurs. The Problem happens first on syncing with WebDAV on the Nextcloud. I change to Nextcloudsync (That moves also the vault folder on the Nextcloud). Same Problem on the dedicated Nextcloud connection. Myself I have …

I've just started getting a OneDrive sync error on my Android 11 phone. Something went wrong while syncing with OneDrive. Error code: 1204060 I've tried "Force Stop" and relaunch - no change. I've tried disconnecting OneDrive sync and re-enabling, no issue re-establishing but still get the error when trying to sync. No issue with using OneDrive app on same phone to access the Enpass folder being used for sync.

I have been using autofill via the autofill framework in Edge, but sometime in October it has has stopped working. It still works fine in Chrome, so I'm wondering what the problem is since both browsers are Chromium based. I really don't want to use the accessibility workaround anymore, since I don't like the notification popping up all the time. The autofill framework has been around since Android Oreo, so it should be possible to use the proper version of autofill. Is this a problem in Edge or Enpass? Any way to fix this? Hi Is there any way to create and save new logins on the app/browser?. It's just annoying to open enpass and manually create new logins. I have used dashlane and bitwarden previously and they allow users to create new logins directly from the browser. I have attached a screenshot (Dropbox Link) for reference purposes.

I may be doing something wrong but I noticed after several attempts generating a new password and using fill on android does not save for the site or app. if you don't copy before fill you will loose the any generated credentials and need to reset password on the service or app. Am I doing something wrong? What am I missing? Thanks in advance

Hi I am a Mac user (OS 10,13), with an Android phone. I just bought an Enpass license, and imported my database from 1Password. I am having problems in opening attachments (all of them in pdf format). I go to the Item, find the attachment, put the mouse cursor over the three little dots at the right but only the "Download" option appears. If I download the item to desktop, I cam't open the downloaded PDF file because it says it is a "damaged file". Any idea? thank you very much!!!

I am having problems using enpass with Bank of America mobiile Android App. Here's what I am doing. 1. Open Bank of America App. It prompts me for password. 2. I select Autofill, which fills the user name and not the password. 3. I can go to enpass and copy the password and then paste it into the passcode field. This does work but enpass doesn't offer to save the password or anything. Note that enpass works fine with the bank of america website on windows. Hello, Using the same enpass acount, and the same OneDrive Vault account, and using the most up to date versions of Enpass installed on two devices: 1) Android; 2) windows 7 desktop; It is not syncing properly. I've been using Enpass for many years and haven't had any issues. Currently my desktop has 145 logins; I click 'sync' and all appears to be working. no error messages. Currently my android has 143 logins; I click 'sync' and the missing 2 should "appear". But they don't. The desktop does not appear to be "pushing" to the cloud the two missing logins. Any help?

When I long press Enpass icon on Android and select Add new item through the shortcut menu, after unlocking Enpass it shows an empty list of categories until I actively switch the vault. To add something to the primary vault I have to select a second vault and then back to the primary. Enpass 6.6.7 510 Android 11, oneplus 7T

Hi, in android app I cannot read multiline fields that has more than 20 lines. There are no scrollbars and there is nothing to indicate that the text is cut, but it continues. To read everything you have to make a selection and scroll, or go into edit mode, but even there they are not very user friendly to handle. My android app version is: 6.6.7.510

I recently bought Pixel 4a as a replacement for my Pixel 3a, and after restoring the content from the old phone, I encounter following issue with Enpass. I'm using biometrics (fingerprint) as a identification method, and now on Pixel 4a, after every fingerprint prompt, I also need to enter Master password. On previous Pixel 3a, the behavior is expected one, with fingerprint check, the Enpass is unlocked without password prompt. Hi Whenever I am on a sign in page, enpass gives me the opportunity to autofill. I can open a "item search" dialog. But for a yet unregistered item, of course there is no suitable item yet. Enpass let me choose any account's item, but I am missing a possibility to add a new item here. I can use enpass to generate a new password here, and it fills in that password in the form, but the password is not added to a new enpass item. Am I doing something wrong here? Best regards Henning

Hi I have been using IPhone with iCloud vault but recently purchased an Android and wanted to have another vault in OneDrive so I can sync with that for my Android but the problem is that nothing is added to this new vault. It sync without issue but there is zero items. Don't see what else I can do? Does it not work to have more than 1 vault?

Hi all, I don't know if anyone here bumped into the same issue as me. I am using Enpass on my Galaxy Note10+ and there is one specific app on my phone (my main mobile banking app) which does support Android autofill. However, anytime I use the autofill to login, it always said that I have the wrong password. My workaround is switching to Enpass keyboard to fill each field one by one, and that always work for me. Should I do something to fix it on my own? I could just use the Enpass keyboard but it's not very convenient for me. I enclosed a screen recording to clarify my situation better here. Best regards.

Hello everyone, I have a problem when trying to login in the PayPal app via Enpass. I open Paypal, Enpass shows up, I unlock it with my fingerprint, it accepts and will close, but the Password is not applied. I can try it again and again, but nothing happens. I have to go to the enpass app, unlock it and copy my password to paste it in paypal. Also the Paypal integrated fingerprint login does not work. Everytime I try it, Enpass open (which unfortunatly dont work). Can anybody help me, or give me a hint what the problem could be? Thanks!

Both phones have v6 loaded. Every other app has transferred the data is working fine. Any suggestions please?

Hello, Open Enpass, open an item from the list ... Now lock the device using the power-button. As soon as I unlock my device, i can see the previous selected entry for about half a second before the enpass unlock-screen slides in from the right. Hello *.* a few days ago I tried to install the WearOS component of Enpass on my Ticwatch 3 LTE, but I had no success so far :-( I tried this via Google Play on the watch -> Apps on my phone, but Enpass isn't listed there. To make things more complicated, I deleted it on my previous Ticwatch 2 and tried to reinstall it there as well. And voila - same problem here. Is there any way to install it manually (again) on my watch, or is this already a know issue with help on the way ?

Hello, Until about 2 weeks ago I was able to swipe from top of the screen and choose the "fill with Enpass" option. Now that option is gone. All I have is a popup next to input fields and a keyboard. Is it possible to bring Legacy autofill back? I tried to disable and re-enable the assistance features for Enpass. This didn't help. I tried to disable and re-enable the legacy auto-fill in the Enpass app itself. This didn't help. I tried to uninstall and re-download the app from Play Store. Unfortunately, with no luck. Any ideas on how to bring it back? My phone is Google Pixel 4A. Android 11 (RQ2A.210305.006). Enpass version is 6.6.3.467.
