I backed my Honor phone up to googel and transferred data to my new Samsung Galaxy 21 but the Empass will not open

Both phones have v6 loaded. Every other app has transferred the data is working fine. Any suggestions please?

  • Are you able to access all your data on any device?
  • Also, let us know if you had enabled sync in Enpass app?
