  1. Recently, I found the Enpass for Android will not open without network access... I've been blocking with NetGuard because it's a local password store.... Behavior is: I unlock with password or biometrics the Enpass initial splash screen remains up indefinitely UNTIL I allow network access through NetGuard. I also attached the NetGuard log

  2. I use Enpass with several devices (Windows 10 + Android). I connect to my own Nextcloud server by Webdav. The very annoying problem i have is that on my Samsung S10+ (most recent standard Android version), the webdav connecting disappears. The line where it normally says: https://address-of-my-nextcloud/remote.php/webdav is empty then. I have to click disconnect en make the connecting again. After that i wil work again for a couple of days but it keeps disappearing. This doesn't happen on my Samsung tablet (older Android version) or on my S8 (same version). Any ideas on how to fix this?     Hi. I am PRO user on Android and I am getting the message that "The maximum storage quota has been reached". I have 711 items. What is the maximum storage quota? And how can I fix this issue, since I am unable to synchronize the latest logins on my phone? I am using Enpass app version 6.3.4.298 on an Android 9 device, which synchronizes via Onedrive. There is a lot of free space on my Onedrive account and my phone. Thanks.

  5. Hi! I'm a new user of Enpass and has so far only used syncing from PC to Android by plugin in my mobile and drag an drop the sync-file to my mobile. Today I added some new accounts on my phone and wanted to sync them to my PC and tried drag and drop the other way around, but then when I later synced in the PC program the new account didn't show up.     For some reason, after the new update, all my emails that I send from my gmail app on my phone have an attachment with the name "untitled attachment XXXXX.enpasscard" where XXXXX is a 5 digit number. Can anyone shed some light on this so I can fix it? Thanks

    Hey, I tried installing the Enpass App on my `Fossil Q Explorist HR Gen 4`, because Wear OS suggested it to me. It turned out the the Wear OS Playstore does not find the app and the web version says my watch is incompatible, so I tried installing it using the "Apps on my phone" menu, which is described in this post: https://discussion.enpass.io/index.php?/topic/15179-not-compatible-with-wear-os/&do=findComment&comment=25487 In that menu I was able to click the "Install" button and it said installing for a while but then it stopped and the "Install" buttom came up again without any error or anything else.     I had to reset my Fossil Sport to pair it with my new phone and now the app doesn't show at all in the Play Store on the watch and the web Play Store says it's not compatible with my watch.

    Hello, I am currently setting up a new phone and ran into this issue with biometric unlocking of Enpass. When I initially set it up, everything worked fine. However, I then added another fingerprint through Android and therefore had to reactivate the biometric access in Enpass. However, every time I try to activate it now, I gives me the error "Failed to init Cipher". I have tried activating it multiple times, restarted the phone, reinstalled Enpass, reduced the registered fingerprints to a single one - no success.   10. Hello, Recently updated my Enpass version to latest one from Play Store. For some reason every time i start VNC Viewer popup from Enpass shows to use it to autofill user/password. (User/Password) in VNC Viewer is already entered and saved. As you can see in the screenshot (attached), software is already connecting to remote server and yet, popup is there. It disappeared after few seconds, BUT, it comes back, and this keeps happening. Running on Note 10+ (Android 9). Please advise

    I have been having some trouble with my phone not syncing with Dropbox, I make changes on the windows 10 side and don't see the changes on the phone. I tried 2 things both failed. 1. I disconnected the vault the reconnected the vault but the data still didn't match what was on windows (widows uses the same DropBox account) 2.   12. Hello, After moving to the new phone (Samsung) I had to reset and reconnect my android watch (Huawei). After installation of Enpass and on start up of the application it asks me to activate "Apple Watch" in Enpass settings on my phone despite the fact I'm not using Apple. I have Android Watch activated on my phone application but it still cannot start on the watch. Tried reinstalling on the watch, clearing application data and cache but it still doesn't start on the watch. On the phone it works fine. Any ideas?

This started a couple months ago, but in my Credit Union's Android app Enpass prompts to auto-fill the fields and I can choose the appropriate credentials, but Enpass always fill in the password for both the username and password field. Every time, I correct the username and login then Enpass prompts me to save the "new" settings, which I have tried repeatedly. Everything in the Enpass looks good when I look at the entry, and it works fine in a desktop environment (both Windows and Linux, multiple browsers), but every time it fills it incorrectly in the app in Android.     After updating to the new version of enpass for android, it crashed while i tried to register with my email adress. Because it happend all the time, even after a restart, i decided i would reinstall the app. But after the reinstall, the app crashes/closes immediatly upon opening. I can not currently use enpass after this incident, even though I use it everyday. When is a new update coming? Any temporary solutions/workarounds?

  16. Enpass version 6.1.0.227 Android 9 with Android Security Patch level Sept. 01, 2019 (baseband version N975FXXU1ASHE) So I have recently updated to the Sept 2019 Security patch on a Note 10+. I did a factory reset and reinstalled Enpass. Using my Android 9 phone, if enable pin to unlock, press home, open Enpass, it asks for the pin - all good. But if I view recently used apps, click the x, then open Enpass, it asks for the master password, even-though pin is still enabled in settings; if I enable fingerprint, it asks for that every-time too.     Hi, as per title, I cannot activate enpass lite on my phone. It gets stuck after putting in the OTP. I've already tried reinstalling the app (which gave me only 10 password instead of 20), activating the lite account on my pc and then activate it on the phone, and reinstallling the ROM. I have a OnePlus 3 with MicroG Lineage OS, updated to 21 november (Android 9). Thanks. EDIT: 27/11 This has been quickly fixed by the new update. Thanks a lot.

    Howdy! I purchased yesterday Enpass premium for Android. So the thing is as follows, I have the free version in my desktop and it creates a file with 70 entries. I try to sync that file to my mobile phone and tablet but it only shows 20, even though I can write more manually in my tablet or phone. Does anybody know why is this?

    I have enpass on my desktop. Then synchronize it with Gdrive. Then I sync my android-enpass with the same Gdrive. Enpass tells me that there are 285 items, but when I scrolll through the list it is incomplete and it shows only about 36 items.

    I'm having a problem with Enpass in that in one account, it uses my password in both the user name and password fields. If I enable autofill in browsers and enpass keyboard, Enpass fills in the correct information at the web site, but not in the app. I'm afraid of adding additional passwords until I know why this is happening. Thank you.

    Hi I have sent a friend of mine a "*.enpasscard" file on android with the wlan passwords for my router. He and I can't open the file on android. On his phone the e-mail app starts and on my phone a browser starts which redirects to f-droid. Non of us can tell their phone to open the file with enpass and when I look in the settings it seams that enpass did not register this file extension on the system. There is no option to tell the system that this file is associate to enpass. Regards, Marvin
