I purchased Enpass quite some time ago. I have never been successful in getting it to work seamlessly across my machines - and most importantly my Android. So I have kind of limped along, occasionally spending a couple of hours trying to get things to work, then quitting in frustration. Some issues have been getting sync to work with google drive from my Android (Nokia 6.1), getting the desktop version to use the same sync file as the android...in short, I'm pretty disappointed and fed up with fighting Enpass. Trying to setup Enpass to sync with Google Drive using my new Android phone (Samsung S2 FE). Once I select Google Drive in the 'Sync With' drop down box, I get a prompt that Enpass wants to access my Google account. I press Allow, and the prompt screen returns. I am stuck in a loop. Please advise what the problem is?

So I have the premium subscription on my Android app. My desktop syncs the backup files to MEGA which is then synced to my phone. When I attempt to restore the file to my Android (Google Pixel 3 XL with the latest version of Android) it asks for the Master Password but when I enter it the app tells me the password is incorrect. Sorry to bother you all, but there doesn't seem to be a support tcketing facility for Enpass. Got a problem:- Used free version on Win 10 Paid for lifetime license Installed Empass app on Android Updated Win 10 version on PC Synched Enpass on PC with GoogleDrive Checked that file is in GoogleDrive Synched Enpass on Android with GoogleDrive No Enpass data visible/accessible in Android Any thoughts? I'm using nextcloud/owncloud before that as a means to sync data between desktop and android for 4 years now and enpass for about 2,5 years. At some point this year the sync-function in the android-app (version 6.4.5.368 with android 8.1.0 at the moment) stopped working, resulting in the error 908401. I worked around that until now, but of course that defeats the point. The sync-function still works fine on desktop and I have verified, that I use the correct login-data and the server is still accessable from the phone. Any Ideas how to resolve this?

I make an item and after i make it, i go to the type tags section. so when i type it auto suggests existing tags. so yes i make a new item for example called "Item A" and i type under, the type in the tags field and it auto suggests an existing tag for me and i select that. after do this, "Item A" is assigned to this tag. but instead of appearing under that tags section, it creates a duplicate of that tag and appears under it. u can see here in the attached …

Hi. I have installed Enpass on my tablet and phone, both Android 10. And cannot sync with the primary vault on google drive "Please check your internet connection or try again later". I have no problems to sync with gdrive from my laptop.

Recently, I have notice that auto-fill no longer works reliably on my Google Pixel 3a XL phone. When I am on an app or a website, sometimes I get a drop down for enpass, somethings it doesn't appear. Often when it does appear, it appears for a second before disappearing. I can't figure out what condition triggers the drop down and what it does not trigger. I am talking about auto-fill using the android autofill framework and not the accessibility. I have tried uninstalling Enpass and then reestablishing auto-fill. However, it does not work. Hey there, I have been trying to sync to my OneDrive account on my oneplus 8 which was working pretty well until today. But all of a sudden i have been facing the error code: 1208400 which is causing the issue with the sync to onedrive. Here is what I have done to try and fix it: Using the Enpass version 6.4.5 and i have also checked for myloweslife oxygenos update which is already with the latest version. Reconnected the onedrive account with enpass again to test how things works. Restarted my phone several times and also changed the ISP from wifi to mobile data and so on. I'm having an issue with several web sites where the email address is being entered in the username field for the site even though there is a separate username stored in Enpass. I have to move the email address associated with the Enpass entry to the notes field to prevent it from filling in the user name field at the site. I'm using Enpass version 6.4.4.353 on my Pixel 2 running Android 10. This functions differently on my Windows 10 desktop which fills the proper username on the same site.

On most websites or apps I want to log in to, Enpass always doesn't fill in the login details correctly. Sometimes Enpass only enters a user name and sometimes my login details are entered at the wrong place. I also often have that Enpass can't enter my login details.

Enpass app is called & is shown in notification bar when ever gmail app is opened or is active on screen. This behaviour started after latest android update.

Hello, I have an old Android 4.4.2 mobile phone that I want to use Enpass. I activated Enpass on Pro and now wanted to set it up on this mobile phone as well. But for unblocking, I only get G-Mail addresses displayed on the web.de, which I don't need. I have also added and synchronized the web mail address as an account, but it is not displayed in the e-mails for upgrading to the Pro version. Thanks in advance

Hi, Starting from version 6.4.0, when I unlock Enpass using a PIN, I have to click on the "Unlock" button with the mouse, because the ENTER key does nothing. Of course this is just a little annoyance, not a critical bug, but can it be fixed in the next release? Thanks.

Please add an option for user to select the bio-metrics to be used instead of password, currently enpass deciding/enforcing it. ios is straight with 1 bio-metrics, but in android we have options - fingerprint, face-unlock, iris, so let the user decide their preference. eg. POCO F1 has face-unlock(IR) & enpass is restricting the use of it, by enforcing the use of finger-print alone.

I always synced using Dropbox, now I would like to sync using Onedrive. No problem on the laptop, but the app keep auto access the wrong email address for Onedrive, I've signed out of everything. Can't we just be asked wiche account it should use? Can not be hard to dev?

Hello together, I have following problem. I have installed Enpass today the first time on android. When I enter my login data in an app or chrome and I want to save it afterwards with the direct link, it always comes the notice on the bottom screen that something wen6wrong while saving the data.
