Hello, I ran into trouble a few minutes ago and I don't know what's going wrong: I started "Enpass" on my Android smartphone (SAMSUNG Galaxy S9 with Magisk root solution; Android 9) and wanted to unlock my vault using my fingerprint - as usual. This was obviously working until yesterday. But when trying to unlock a few minutes ago, after reading my fingerprint, I was asked to input may master password. just got the app a while back and after clearing cache, force stopping and reinstalling a couple of times i could never get past the tutorial screen. it has an arrow and the word skip. i can not tap any of those. i can only swipe through the tutorial im on adroid 5.1.1 on a wiko phone i really wanna use the app

My enpass fails to fill correctly login credentials at a bank login page. URL of bank login is : https://onba.zkb.ch/page/logon/logon.page In enpass, I use a standard login template to store the login credentials When I open the website with enpass, the credential information is filled in the wrong fields. (furthermore, enpass doen't seam to detect that the website is a login site - no auto creation possible when visiting the page manualy) Any suggestion on how to use enpass on the site ? Thank you. Since last update, I cannot see anything on my enpass app or the chrome extension. Everything is Black on Black. I was beta tester so I quit the beta testing group and installed the reglular bersion. Same problem. So my Enpass is just unusable. What can I do? Marc

After an update of Enpass on my mobile phone I get the notice that I have to upgrade to Premium because I have reached the maximum of 20 passwords. Unfortunately I already upgraded about a year ago and I have lost a lot of passwords. I hope this gets fixed soon!

Hi, I have been using enpass since long time and all my backups are stored on Onedrive. I want to move backup from Onedrive to Google Drive and use google drive to sync and restore backups henceforth. Will enpass be able to identify sync_default.walletx and vault.enpasdbsync files from onedrive if I sync it with Google drive? If yes, can you guide me the process of moving backup to google drive? Hi, I've been using Enpass since it's happy windows phone days and loved it, When I've switched to an android I went ahead and bought the pro license (10$ if I recall correctly) and been using it for a long while, Lately I've switched jobs (I think it is related) and due to that my old work (g-app) account was deleted and I manually removed it from my phone, a day later (or on the same day?) my Enpass reverted back to be on the free license (up to 20 passwords etc etc), I can't find any "contact us" link or anything to add further information and that is why I'm posting here, Is there anything that can be done? as I do not have any access to the…

I am having the same issue with an Android restore as another user is having with IOS. I use ubuntu linux on desktop side and as my master enpass vault. after erasing everything on Android, I am trying to restore from the Linux backup file. but enpass Android does not recognise the master password of the backup file. - I am no longer able to use enpass on the mobile now. very frustrating because I depend on the passwords when I am away from my desk. does the backup file have a different password than the one where it was created? Brave is a chrome based browser, which blocks ads and trackers by default. currently enpass detects it as brave.com, regardless of which website you're on, instead of correctly identifying the website URL like it is able to do in Chrome it's probably implemented the same way as chrome currently is, since some other password managers are correctly detecting URL's for brave browser in firefox it doesn't seem to detect anything at all, regardless of which website you're on. however firefox on android also supports browser extensions, maybe you could add a FFmobile compatible browser extension which communicates with the android app. Kind regards, intuxik…

I am having problems with Enpass reading OnDrive data. I can no longer read any changes to OneDrive, with my S10, done by any other computer. I have several Windows 10 computers that have no problems with it. I have cleared all cache and data for EnPass and OneDrive on the S10 and uninstalled both apps then restarted the S10. I then install Enpass and tell it to sync with OneDrive and it does! Even though I do not have OneDrive installed and cannot access the cloud. So it seems either OneDrive or EnPass is saving the old data some place on the S10. Any idea where this Ghost data is located!

I bought a new/old Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2016 (SM-T280) with Android 5.1.1 to use as a media hub. That being said, I downloaded various media apps such as Spotify, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, plus Enpass. But to my surprise, the Google Play version of Enpass does not work. It not even open, showing an error message right after I touch the app icon. I managed to work around this problem by installing the v5 latest build and then updated via apk file to v6. It's working, but not the way it should be and it's very annoying do all this job. I hope you fix this asap.

I bought pro license by app store on mac OS. I would like to use it on android. Then do I need to buy a pro license again by play store or anywhere else ?

I'm trying to use fingerprint authentication for Enpass (both stable and beta version) but it says "failed to encrypt the data with the generated key". Anyone else having this problem? Other apps with fingerprint authentication work well. I've tried several times, with fresh install, giving permission, etc.

Hi there, On my wife's phone Enpass somehow fills wrong values, both with autofill and notification system. It used to work fine, but not anymore. She complained passwords were suddenly wrong. So i investigate and found Enpass is using wrong fields to fill. It looks somewhat random. For instance, on one website it seems to use the 'username' field to fill as password and on another site it uses e-mail field as username but with correct password. Both examples used to work and come from our shared vault and both work fine on my phone and on pc. It's just Enpass on her phone that is acting strangely. I already tried to uninstall Enpass and reinstall from Play Store but…

Latest app version after installed, when tried to sync with my Google Drive, asked for permission to access it even when my phone is off, how can that be?..WHO (or what) would try to access my drive while my phone is switched off?..I don't need synching when I'm offline. I'm a new user, and since installing recently, I've been very happy with the Enpass feature set and value offering. One major gripe, however, is its CPU use on Android. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S9 running Pie (April security patch level, recent kernel), with what I believe are quite common Enpass settings. As long as Enpass is running (which I prefer it to be so I can enter my PIN, not always my rather long master code), it will continually gobble up more or less all available CPU (at least >1 full core), to the point that my phone gets hot, and maintenance tools find it necessary to warn me about the anomaly taking place in my system. On my android I fill the wifi password field, Enpass asks me to save it and I do it, but just the name field is saved all others fields are blank. When I asks to autofill the field for this wifi, Empass finds the right name and it fills the field, but it is empty. If I fill by myself the missing informations when I ask to autofill Enpass does it. I use Android 9 and Android 8.1.

I purchased the Android app at full price and have been using it for years. I purchased it at full price and did not use any promotion.
