Sorry to hear that.

Please re-enable the Enpass Autofill options from the app settings and try again. If the problem persists, then share the following details so that we can assist you better:

  • Which Enpass Autofill options have you enabled?
  • Where does the problem occur?
    • The app doesn't show an option to fill the details.
    • App shows the option, but doesn't fill the details.
  • Does the issue occur with a specific webpage or every webpage?
