Hi everyone! Every other day, I get a notification from "Android System" which says: Check access settings Enpass can view and control your screen. Tap to review. When I tap the notification, it will take me to the Accessibility -> Enpass settings. "Use Enpass" of course is enabled, as I want to make use of this feature. How do I get rid of this? Thanks

When selecting a custom icon, two options are offered: Camera or Gallery. This is very uncomfortable, please provide the ability to select the file from the /sdcard. I prefer to use svg icons which don't display in the gallery by default

It has been my experience that the application tries to search entries too early after each key tap. That seems wasteful as you loop over all the entries multiple times before a word is typed. Can you make it wait a while longer after the typing activity stops? An alternative would be having a setting that initiates a search only after pressing enter key on the keyboard. It would make it much intuitive and the lag can be avoided. Thanks

It's bad to see that your team hasn't updated the app for a long time (almost 6 months) and still there is no support for keyboard autofill. You guys are lagging so much behind the competition. It's time to switch.

Without subscription, you only have 20 entries available for the mobile app. Now, there are some entries I use on mobile and others which I do not use on mobile. 192.168.0.1 So my question is....Is there a way to decide which 20 entries the mobile app should store? routerlogin

Good evening everyone, I have to report an important problem regarding my android app of Enpass. Several days ago I could not open my enpass app due to the fact that it did not recognise my master password, even if no one has changed it. The vault is synced with Google Drive and it can be accessed and modified by my other device (a windows 11 tablet). I have already tried to remove the vault online and chaning the master password, reinstalling it and changing the storage permission but the Android app still gives me this message keeps while on the tablet there are no problem whatsoever. Hello everyone, I recently changed my phone and when I wanted to recover the backup in googleDrive I realized that I had lost the master password and that I could not recover it in any way. So I re-entered the data manually to the new phone. I tried to create a new master pass (and save it better) but it only appears to modify it and asks me for the previous one which I don't have. I have disconnected Enpass from googleDrive and would not want to backup if I do not have the master pass restored. How could I restore the master pass on the new device without having to use a new account? regards

Bought Enpass a few years ago on the Apple App Store. When I did I chose to hide my email address so it is some crazy weird thing and I’ve always used “Sign in with Apple ID” when accessing Enpass. Now I am changing to Android. I downloaded and restored from the backup in my Google drive. But it only gives me 25 choices. So I go to setting to change my email and I don’t get the choice to “Sign in with Apple ID.” Just email and Google. So I chose email and typed in the weird address that Apple gave me (the @privaterelay….) and it sent a code to my normal email address. Typed I. The code and I was in! I can't use Enpass on my mobil with firefox. When I select a username/password field it only shows up for a few milliseconds and then it is gone again. This is really annoying. I made a video since you can't upload videos in here.

Installed enpass on a new sony android device When I start enpass the options are I am a new user or restore existing I choose restore existing I select onedrive put in my email and password for Microsoft and I get the message unable to restore data due to insufficient access rights please advise Thanks

Hi I am brand new to enpass and setting it for for the first time. In the android app one of the "restore" options is to use a "Local Storage" backup file. I currently have another software program that keeps my local android files in sync with my desktop files (much like what a cloud sync would do). If I tell pass to look at file XYZ on android local storage, when my program resyncs with my desktop will enpass get the new changes? or does it only read that file for the initial set up and not again after? loginjet.net Thank you in advance

Hi, I am experiencing some issues with Enpass autofill. When for example trying to login to paypal.com using Firefox 84.1.4, the Enpass auto fill window does not show at all. If I click into the password field, it shows for a splitsecond. If I repeatedly click into the user name field and then into the password field again and again, the Enpass popup eventually stays and I am able to click it. Enpass works fine from this point on. paypal.com is just one of many examples. The workaround does always work though but it sometimes requires 10-20 clicks. I was adding a camera to my premium account, but instead added my current phone again. Now I'm stuck with only 25 entries. Also, I changed my registered email address yesterday, but the app reverted back to the old one. Logs are enabled. Please help.

I have enabled the use of a PIN but its never asked for. I always have to enter the master password. Works fine on my Galaxy S9 but not on my new tablet Galaxy TAB A running Android 11 Anyone else have a similar issue? TIA Chris

No idea what is happening. On my Pixel 5 / Android 11 i have to disable the Enpass Autofill opitions within the App otherwise i cant take screenshots from my screen - in the editing mode the Google Screenshot App just crashes. (So Enpass Autofill needs to be disabled). Can somebody fix that behaviour ?

Hi folks! I use Enpass on my private Desktop, my Smartphone (Android) and my Surface for private reasons with lifetime license. My company uses Enpass, too. I now have Enpass installed on my phone and want to sychronize it with my private OneDrive account. When I then select OneDrive in the vault settings, Enpass automatically sychnonizes itself with my employer's OneDrive account. But I don't want that. I want to use my private account instead. Moto X⁴ with Android 9 Enpass 6.7.1.572 I have an app that was installed through Microsoft Intune. I have an Enpass entry for an account used to sign in this app. When I tap the username field, I'm prompted to autofill with Enpass. If I search for and select the entry, I see a prompt about the entry not being associated with the app. I can tap yes to fill anyway, but there is no checkbox to have Enpass associate the entry with the app. And autofill fails on the first attempt. If I go through the steps a second time, autofill works. It's annoying going through this daily. Any ideas/suggestions? Thank you!

I am using Enpass 6.5.3.425. In case of device failure, I want to backup my vault to a USB thumbdrive. But the "External Storage" option is greyed out. Any ideas?

I'm trying to help a customer with Enpass. He is an older gentleman who doesn't understand a lot about technology. He brought his Android phone into our shop, he was worried about the Enpass App, he wasn't sure how he got it on his phone, but it seemed like he hadn't completed the setup because the app was displaying a screen that said "create master password". I have been exploring Lineage OS and will be exploring e/os to "degoogle" my phone usage. It appears that Enpass only is available on Android with a dependence on the Google Play Store, which is contrary to the whole expectation. Has there been any thought given to providing a signed APK for Android? I know it is probably a niche market at this point, but your loyal customers could use a solution. Thanks
