I downloaded the enpass app on android and I'm on the free plan. I understand that a max of 25 items are available on the free plan but the app selected those logins for me. How do I select them myself?

Hi Team, for security reasons, we enforce access to our M365 SharePoint only from compliant devices. On Android, that means the app accessing SharePoint needs to be within the Android Enterprise Work Profile. However, when Enpass is installed within in the work profile, it doesn't recognize that Biometric sign-in is configured for the device and refuses to enable it. PIN is the only way to enable convenient sign-in. Is that a bug in Enpass or a "feature" of Android Enterprise work profile?

I installed 6.9.3.892 on Android 11. I cannot input Japanese characters in the tag name editor (but OK in "Search" field). When I type "k" and "a", which are expected to be transliterated into a single unicode character "か" by the system, they appear as separate characters. It seems Enpass steals key input events before system transliteration/conversion.

Hey, I'm a huge Enpass fan and also use the Android keyboard Typewise. According to Typewise, password managers are now supported, but unfortunately Enpass doesn't seem to work? What can I do? Kind regards

Hello, My device has finally got the Android 14 update and I can test out the passkeys function on Android. It seems that it does not work with Opera. It works with Chrome after setting the required flag, but that flag does not exist in the Opera browser for Android. Worked fine the other day, logged on to Nintendo, github, passkeys.io Google, so forth. But now I get a new seemingly Android-native prompt when I try to use passkeys. I recently got a Pixel 8 (Android 14) and wanted to test the new passkey credential storage API with enpass. I had to modify my chrome://flags for my browser (Brave) to enable the API and was able to successfully create a passkey in enpass for the passkeys.io demo site. However when I try to login with that passkey, it doesn't give me the option to use enpass and says that my phone doesn't have a passkey for that site as if it's only trying the default google client. I do have enpass selected as my passkey service in android settings. Interesting enough, I can use the enpass stored passkey on desktop though.

Is there a possibility to download the apk for Enpass directly from you? Google is pointing that my device is not supported. I use an chromecast google tv. In some apps I have an clipboard to paste passwords in so I want to try if this will work. But I don‘t want to download the apk from illegal sources. best

Hi, I have noticed Autofill using Accessibility doesn't work anymore on my Galaxy S10+, after updating to Android 10 / OneUI 2.0. I use Brave browser so I rely on the Accessibility route only, as it is not compatible with the Android Autofill service. I still have another phone on Android 9 / OneUI 1.5, which doesn't have the issue below: When trying to use Autofill on a website, I tap the Autofill notification, the Enpass biometric / login dialog appears normally, I pick the right login account from the list, it switches back to Brave. I reset my GW4 for pairing it with my new phone. No i can no longer use / install enpass on the watch. Playstore Webpage says "it is not compatible with your device". Whats going wrong there?

Hello Enpass Team, This issue has been there for a long time. I'm thankful that you fixed the issue where inline autofill wasn't working on browsers like chrome and brave. But for vivaldi, the accessibility autofill doesn't work at all and also the issue where the username/email field isn't filled

Hello I use Enpass on my Android device. When I copy entries and paste them into an APP or somewhere else, Enpass creates a history (see image). I do not want that. Is there a way to turn off history? Thank you for helping me.

Enpass Android app hangs and crashes when I try to disconnect from Wifi-Sync and/or change sync method. I've force quit the app several times but it always hangs and then crashes whenever I try to change the sync. I wanted to attached a screen recording of it but Enpass doesn't seem to allow recording.

I have set the time out at 12 hours and i use a PIN. This has worked fine for years. Since a week or so i need to enter my master password constantly. Up to 50 times a day. I was just wondering if Enpass on Android is expected to work with Microsoft Edge beta browser? I've just been using it for a few things and I've noticed that Enpass is almost never appearing an an option on the keyboard when I'm clicking in username and password fields on websites. This obviously all works fine with the 'release' version of Edge on Android. Hello everyone, this is my first post. The recent update to the Enpass front end (648) has certainly improved the appearance. Unfortunately however, this has come at the expense of some useful functionality, described below. 1) The logout symbol (padlock) has now disappeared. Somewhat surprising for a security app! Setting logout on exit (suggested by the Help Desk) is a nightmare when multitasking or autofilling from the browser, and force stopping it produces issues. 2) On entry, all records are now displayed alphabetically by default, requiring scrolling through a long list. Great work with the UI-revamp of the new 6.8! While long-pressing Enpass in the launcher and tapping "Search","New" or "favorites", Enpass opens but doesn't focus on the search bar nor bring up the keyboard like it did before. It just goes to the main view

when i select an item i just get a white screen. how can it to show the data? the title is blue, is shown, the data is just white and that is all.

I decided to sync Enpass to Dropbox, it worked fine on the PC, Laptop and android tablet, however, when I go through the process on the android phone; after signing in to Dropbox and then ‘Allow', the revolving circle spins around with the message authenticating and wont move on from this point.

Enpass for Android cannot open PDF attachment file within the app itself. In iOS, pretty much most basic file formats (pdf, jpg, png, txt, etc) can be opened easily within its app. Is this issue with Android or still missing feature? please answer.
