Hi, I am having issue with opening some of the attachment i have added. I am using Enpass on two devices. One is Windows 11 24H2, where i have Enpass installed from the Microsoft Store. Second one is Android 14, Enpass installed from Play Store. Some of the files which i am adding on Windows device cannot be opened on Android as i get "Attachment is on the way!" and no matter how i wait, how many times i sync the vault on both deices, I always get the same message. On Windows machine i can open all attachments with no issues. Only Android version of Enpass is affected. I have that issues since a around two years. In my phone I have accessibilty for enpass set to "ON" but in the enpass settings it's disabled. When I enable it, i get sent to the accessibility settings to turn it on but it's already on. If I turn it of, it switches right back on again and when I go back to settings, it's still disabled in enpass settings. So no matter what I try I can not get enpass to autofill on android. This happened after I updated my pixel to android 14. It worked fine before this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled enpass to set it up from scratch but the issue remains after every reinstall. This means autofill does not work ever on my android device.

Sorting items by modification date at least on Android is incorrect. First and second item might show up correct but than the months gets scrambled in some other order. Since the last modified item always shows on top is often what's needed I haven't bothered. Latest Android app, 5 vaults (although sorting gets wrong with only one vault shown). 430 items in total

Hi, I am trying to use my NAS with folder sync and the standard file manager in my phone. The problem is that this file manager can' t read my home network only files on my phone. Is there any way to change file manager to non standard when I use the Folder Sync option? Kind Regards Musicdigger

Hi, it is not possible in Android 13 to create a sync with a folder which is on a network share in the wlan availbale, because the dialog only displays the local folders of the android smartphone! Or is there hidden trick?? In iOS no problem ... --Mike

I don't know whether this was caused by a bug/data corruption or an update. (I have Play Store Beta enabled and I'm currently running Enpass 6.11.8.1068) Since I'm on the beta channel I'll report the issue I just ran across (even if the current version might not be a beta): I started Enpass on my phone (Pixel 7 Pro, Android 15, Patch January) and it asked for my finger print but didn't want to unlock my vault. I entered the correct password (several attempts), it told me the password is wrong. I assume the vault got corrupt somehow. Hello, When trying to do WIFI sync between my android phone and enpass desktop , when i scan the QR code on the desktop i get a "Invalid QR Code" message, I uninstalled and reinstalled on my PC and phone but that did not solve the problem. Any idea what might cause this ? Thanks Fadi

Hi there, I managed to get my head around passkeys and roughly how it works. Unfortunately Enpass provides very little information on how to set up your Enpass app to work with passkeys and how to make Enpass store the keys. Anyway, I think I've worked it out after a lot of reading forum posts. However, it seems that Enpass is not on the option list to store a newly generated key. I have added keys for Google accounts, eBay, GitHub but non of them have been stored in Enpass. They do, however, work fine. But stored in the Google vault. I just re-onboarded an Android device to our M365. So far so good: I was able to re-connect to the standard vault on my business OneDrive, as expected. Now, I'd like to add shared vaults stored on SharePoint/Teams sites that work just fine on Enpass Desktop. I'm following these instructions: Adding shared business vaults to your Enpass app but there simply is no option next to / underneath my business email to add another vault. No "+" button, either. (there is an option to add a personal vault, tho) All my desktops show this option and are connected to these shared vaults and work as expected. I haven't found an answer on the forum so forgive me if it's already been answered. I lost my master password (I know... I'm an idiot) I'm still signed into the app using fingerprint. I'm now switching phones. The only workaround I've found so far is sharing each item in the vault with a psk by email to setup on a new vault on the other phone. It was going well but it appears there may be a limit to the number of shares per psk, or maybe it's a time limit? I'm also signed into a Linux app on a laptop with an older password. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

I have been trying for months to get my enpass to store/backup on Onedrive. it states enpass will work with Onedrive. Everytime I try to setup it up I get a non stop login loop then enpass says "Please Authorize again using you OneDrive account. What I've tried: Removed android app and reinstalled - no luck Tried starting a DB - no luck Tried using different browser Edge, Chrome and Firefox- no luck Changed my onecloud password -no luck This is making my brain hurt.

It may be too late for me... but I'm here to warn others using the biometric option to unlock. The phone started not recognizing my fingerprint, so I 're-taught' it. When I went to use Enpass, it tells me that I need to enter the master password to open it, since the fingerprint was 'tampered' with. Makes sense... If you are smart enough to recall your master password! If you're not, you'll be locked out. Having Enpass warm me of this before 'changing' the fingerprint would have been a life saver. On my Android phone I notice that the Enpass autofill function only works in less than 40% of the websites where I need to fill in my credentials. When I'm visiting a website and want to enter my credentials, I click on the box for email address/username or for password and only in a minority of cases the autofill button shows up on the top bar of my keyboard. In the majority of cases no autofill button is displayed, forcing me to enter the Enpass app and to do copy/paste actions for username/email address and password. When I started using Enpass some 4 years ago, it worked flawlessly but since about a year I experience this suboptimal behaviour. What is going on? …

I noticed in the last few weeks that Enpass Android hanging while trying to sync. Using version 6.11.1.1022. If I wait, it will eventually come back, but it can be 15 to 30 seconds. It can by during autofill, or updating entry. It happens some with OneDrive, but particularly bad with Box. Box is so bad, it is unusable as sync target. Workable but a nuisance at times. Phone: OnePlus N10 5G running Android 11. Model BE2028.

With the update enpass 6.10.1. 982, enpass no longer autofills inline in Firefox for Android v. 124.2.0 Chrome and other apps still autofills and the related settings are on Android 14

Greetings, I'm trying to restore / sync Enpass with OneDrive on my newly purchased Android 13 device, running Android 13. I can sign into OneDrive to authorize Enpass, no problem, But then OneDrive (see attached) will not return to Enpass app as it should. How do I fit that?

All of a sudden, webauthn (passkeys) requests in Chrome are not being redirected and picked up by enpass. Chrome 125.0.6422.72 Enpass 6.10.2.986 Android 14/Samsung a54 Passkeys still works in (the few) native Android apps that supports passkeys.

I created a Google passkey on my phone before Enpass started supporting passkeys. I have now chosen Enpass to manage my passkeys. Can I somehow move my old passkey to Enpass, or should I delete the old passkey and then create a new passkey using Enpass?

Using version: 6.9.4.934 I've loaded a second vault onto Samsung android tablet. - I can see the vault name under Settings / Vaults - I can not see the contents How do I see the contents of the second vault? Why can I not reset my password

Can someone please tell me why the 'Lock After 30 minute (or any minutes set) option' does not work in Enpass for Android on a Galaxy Tab 7 FE? I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 FE and no matter what "Inactivity setting" I set it too enpass keeps locking prematurely and requiring me to login time and time and time again. This fault is never ending. I always set my devices to 30min, and that works on every other Android device i own and Windows, but no matter what I change that inactivity time setting too the enpass app continues to lock up in seconds sometimes.
