Enpass quits after entering the password (android)

Hi everyone,

got this problem with enpass on my tablet with android version 8.0.0. After open enpass  with password or fingerprint it crashes right away.

After a new install it worked with first open, synchroniced, next time crashed again.

No problem with enpass on my mac or the smartphone. The tablet is a huawei media pad m5 lite.

Has anyone an idea how to take care of this problem?

I was having this same problem, with Enpass crashing sometimes after entering the master passphrase or when trying to use the Enpass keyboard. The frequency of crashes raised throughout the last months after each upgrade, culminating in today's total failure when it started crashing while running in the background and then relaunched itself, just to crash again 5 seconds later. It wouldn't get out of this relaunch-crash cycle, so I had to uninstall it from my phone in order to keep it usable at all...

How is it possible that an awesome app, that worked flawlessly until six months ago with mostly the same features started shooting itself in the foot so fast (at least on Android)? I was actually considering to subscribe for the new premium features, but now I simply don't know what to do.

Please try to open Enpass when your internet is disabled and share your findings. Also, share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be:

• On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass?
• Which Enpass version are you using?
• Are you using any cloud for sync?

J’avais ce même problème, avec Enpass s’écraser parfois après avoir entré le passphrase maître ou en essayant d’utiliser le clavier Enpass. La fréquence des plantages a augmenté au cours des derniers mois après chaque mise à niveau, culminant dans l’échec total d’aujourd’hui quand il a commencé à s’écraser tout en cours d’exécution en arrière-plan, puis s’est relancé, juste pour s’écraser à nouveau 5 secondes plus tard. Comment est-il possible qu’une application impressionnante, qui a fonctionné parfaitement jusqu’à il ya six mois avec surtout les mêmes fonctionnalités ont commencé à se tirer dans le pied si vite (au moins sur Android)? En fait, j’envisageais de m’abonner pour les nouvelles fonctionnalités premium, mais maintenant je ne sais tout simplement pas quoi faire.

J’ai le même problème que toi avec ma Huawei Mediapart 5. As-tu trouvé une solution ? Je pense la même a choisi que toi concernant Enpass.

S’il vous plaît essayer d’ouvrir Enpass lorsque votre Internet est désactivé et de partager vos résultats. En outre, partagez les détails suivants afin que nous puissions étudier où le problème pourrait être:

• Sur quel appareil (avec la version OS) utilisez-vous Enpass ?
• Quelle version Enpass utilisez-vous ?
• Utilisez-vous n’importe quel cloud pour la synchronisation ?

Please confirm if you have tried turning off the internet connection and Enpass still crashes after opening the Enpass app.
