Is anyone else experiencing a clunky transition when using Windows Hello in the Enpass Windows app? Whenever I trigger the unlock with Fingerprint recognition, the PIN input window "flashes" or pops up for a split second before automatically switching to the Fingerprint recognition prompt. Even though it eventually gets to the fingerprint screen, seeing that PIN box jump out every single time makes the whole process feel laggy and induces a bit of "wait-time anxiety." On iOS, iPadOS, and macOS, the biometric prompt is instantaneous and seamless. There’s no UI jumping or flickering. Even on Windows, other apps seem to trigger the fingerprint scanner directly with…

Hi, I have notice that autofill no longer work with the site https://investor.vanguard.com/corporate-portal/. Enpass fills in the user name but not the password. I am currently using windows 10, Firefox browser, Enpass Pro 6.84.1166.0

Hi, I bought the pro version today. I have problems when I try to import the csv file either by selecting the msecure import, or by selecting the pre-formatted CSV setting. He tells me "Nothing to matter". I await feedback on this, hoping that it can be solved, also because the application looks very nice and I like it a lot. I await info on this. Thanks

Hi! I was using Enpass UWP for Windows 10 with full-time Windows Hello enabled, because my computer fulfills all necessary requirements (TPM 2.0, UEFI Secure Boot). So Enpass UWP successfully detected that the machine is secure enough to store the keys in hardware/TPM and use Windows Hello directly on the first launch even after a computer restart or when Enpass UWP was completely closed. Now with Enpass 6, it is only using the fallback solution of asking for the master password the first time after restart, and using Windows Hello only for subsequent unlocks. If Enpass 6 is running minimized in the background / tray icon and the vault is locked, the Windows Platform Timer resolution is increased from the default 15.6ms to 1ms by Enpass process, which causes significantly lower CPU C state usage and thus less battery life. Steps to reproduce: 1. Let Enpass 6 start automatically with Windows, or start it and minimized it to the system tray, but do not unlock the vault yet 2. Hello, for some sites, since autofill is impossible I would like to disable the automatic connection feature. For some entries I found a checkbox to that purpose but for some others, there is no such checkbox. How should I do to disable automatic connections for specified entries ? Best regards, - Guillaume

Can someone produce a "side load" version of EDGE Extension. As I understand it CHROME/FIREFOX extensions should be easily modified to work and side loaded into EDGE. Orr if someone already has please provide the link. Thanks

I'm not sure if I'm the only one experiencing these issues, but EnPass 6 (store version) is a huge step backwards for me: Extemely slow search (with ~ 500 credential entries) Randomly freezes Often won't start - have to kill the process and try again multiple times after rebooting Can you please tell us if you're aware of these problems and working to solve them? Hi, I created a second vault on one of my computer where I now have two vaults; one primary and one extra. From another computer, how do I connect to this second vault? I can find no option in Enpass for this. Installations are paid premium versions.

Upgraded to 6.0.0(220) from Windows Store and cannot seem to find setting for using Favicons. Uninstalled and reinstalled just for troubleshooting purposes but still no Favicons. Running on Microsoft Surface Pro. Am I just unaware of some setting I need to make or has Favicon been removed from (220)? Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Arro

If i activate the Dark Theme most of the UI is just black. I like dark themes but i dont like black themes. What i see in screen dumps here from Android or Mac the UI is dark instead of black and is much more pleasing. It would be appreciated with a dark interface instead of a black theme. Personally i prefer the regular UI rather than the black theme and have thus disabled it. The dark color to the left in the UI is more pleasing than pitch black. The color to the left is R=18, G=18, B=20.

I have signed up to the Windows 10 BETA and downloaded Enpass from the Store. But I don't get the 6.x BETA only the latest 5. How can I get the latest beta from Store? On the traditional Windows Desktop version I have the 6.x BETA.

While the Desktop client of Enpass 6 Beta works with Firefox, the same version but from the Windows Store doesn't. This is important because it seems only the Store version will be able to have premium features. The old Enpass 5 from the Store used to have a Bridged App in order to work with Firefox, but that thing doesn't work with Enpass 6.

I have 71 items in my vault. I don´t know how the pop-up window i get when i click the icon on the Task Bar is supposed to work, but i can only find 10 items if i scroll and they seems to be randomly placed there if i filter them by Title. The random displaying is the issue here. Note the jump from B to G as well. I have items under C and D as well if i open Enpass but none of them are displayed. Yes, if i search in that dialog i can find any of the 71 items, but why pick out items randomly if i sort by Title in this dialog?

Although you can change the backup directory, in the store version (unlike the desktop version), you can't change the default location for vaults. Matthew

A few seconds after adding or editing an entry, the list of all entries in the Vault will refresh with the result that the currently selected entry is deselected. This is frustrating if you have just updated a password, and then wish to use that password (i.e. select copy), as the refresh forces you to have to find the entry you've just edited. (This might be related to the client performing a sync). Matthew

I'm using the store version of enpass v6 (6.0.0(197)) on a windows 10 1803 PC. For some reason, auto fill does not work very well. Here is the problem: If I use enpass assistant to try to filling login information using an entry that does not have any website/url field, the web page won't get filled at all. This problem exists for both firefox and chrome. For example, suppose I create an entry called amazon, and put my amazon username and password with the entry, then I open amazon's login page using chrome, and use ctrl+/ to get enpass assistant show up, and choose amazon (the entry), then nothing will happen.
