Enpass Support & Troubleshooting

Hi, I'm using Enpass on iPhone and Windows 10. Both are synced via NextCloud. To increase the security I would like to add a key-file. Is it possible at all, to add a key file to an existing tresor? If not, how can I copy all my data to a new tresor that is based on a key-file? Thanks, Thorsten

Hi guys, I am using enpass since many years. In the past I sync the vault between my devices over owncloud. Now I would like to chance to IONOS HiDrive of 1and1 with WebDAV but in the app on my Mac I got the ErrorCode 904403. WebDAV URL: https://webdav.hidrive.ionos.com Currently I would like to chance one of my devices. The other devices will also be changed after the sync of the Mac will work fine. Could you please support me. Many thanks to your support.

Hello, I'm using Enpass on Mac, Windows and iOS, on latest version, and synchronise 3 vault via WebDAV. And for weeks on each device the webdav sync is completly broken with various error : No internet connection (but my internet network work very well...) No data via on webdav (but i can see that the data actually is on webdav...) The password on webdav is different (but i didn't change the vault's password...) Synchro error 904035 Synchro error 904036 I tried everything (delete all data of enpass, uninstall and reinstall, used another webdav) and i've always have problems. I'm tired of this... I have just added a keyfile and was doing some testing On adding a master password and keyfile I copied the keyfile to a usb drive and unplugged drive. Changed master password with the original keyfile. quitted enpass and restarted it. Plugged the usb drive back in and selected the keyfile on the usb drive (old password) and used my new master password and enpass logged in. Is this normal or should it be a new keyfile after the master password as changed?

Hi, I am not able to currently find an option to auto save an account when a new login is detected? Is this currently a feature?. Also the ability to autofill fields and pre populate them would be great without having to go find an option and pre-set it first - if it can pick these up from a previous session this would be great.

Hi, since Monday I use one of the new Apple MacBooks with M1 chip. Unfortunately, Enpass does not run that well on it - there are some performance and display issues. I guess, it is not optimized for the new chip yet. So my question is, are there plans to optimize Enpass for M1? If yes, when will it be updated? Thanks a lot in advance!

I have been using Enpass for some time-I still am not quite sure how to keep things synced- on multiple devices. for instance if I change a password on one device- do the other devices automatically make changes as well?

Hello in the Round, i have a big problem to Sync my iPhone and iPad with the Local Folder on my QNAP. My MacBook and my Windows Desktop PC Sync on the Folder on my Local Network on the QNAP that Work. But i dont have any change or option to Sync my iPhone or iPad with this folder. What make i wrong here the same option as with the Macbook or Windows PC is not available with the iPhone or iPad with the Sny with Folderthe option are . Many thanks for your help and a solution. Hello, I am an Enpass user for several years. I am familiar with Enpass. I have a working and stable Enpass Password Manager and a Secure Vault with 200 passwords and important notes. I need some help. I want to set up a working portable Enpass Password Manager on a USB drive. Will a stable Enpass Password Manager also work on a USB drive on the same computer or do I need a computer without Enpass installed at all? Kind regards, David W

Hi, I was using enpass on all my devices by synchronizing it with my Synology Nas. Yesterday I switched from DSM 7 Beta to DSM 7 Release Candidate and the sync is no longer working. I get error 908403. I tried connecting in webdav via windows 10 explorer and with the same credentials I can access without any problems to folders. I tried to delete Enpass folder on Nas e try to resync. Seems to work but after a few synchronizations gives the error. I also tried creating a test user/caveau and that too after a few synchronizations gives error. I made many tries and sometimes I get error: 904035. I am not able to use Enpass whenever I have a NordVPN tunnel open. The browser extension in Microsoft edge does not work and when I open the Enpass app it indicates that it is unable to sync. This is a recent development as I've been using NordVPN and Enpass for a couple of years now. It defeats the purpose of using a VPN service while traveling and being able to access my passwords.

Hi there, I've noticed recently that I'm having issues synchronizing my vault with Dropbox. I used UWP version and I thought that might be the issue, so I've removed that one and installed a standalone app, but that is exhibiting the same issue. When started the app will sync with Dropbox, but after the first sync it will just get stuck with a Synchronizing... message. I kill the app, start it again, it synchronizes once and then the next synchronization hangs again. Have you seen this behavior before? Attaching a screenshot (removed my email from it). The issue happens only on Windows 11, not on Windows 10.

Hello, when I want to open my Amazon account, ENPASS does not work. Amazon expects 1. 'eMail', 2. 'Click on button', 3. 'Password'. For other websites that do not have 'click on button', ENPASS works correctly. How can I set ENPASS so that access to my Amazon account works? Greetings Hein

I created a 30+ character password with both upper and lower case letters, symbols, and numbers, with no words in it, and Enpass flags it as a "weak" password. This happens in Mac OS X (6.6.1 (809)) as well as Android (6.7.1.572).
