  1. I too have this problem on latest build of Win10. Frustrating.
  2. @Neville I think @Garima Singh is simply referring to any location on your computer just in case you needed to restore the original folder/files. With that being said, I've done those steps and I have no success. Keep in mind that a uninstall of the Enpass application which I've done numerous times also deletes the folder ": SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_6.52.724.0_x86__fwdy0m65qb6h2".   3. Hello Support, I too am having the same problem with not being able to open Enpass from the Windows Store. I've uninstalled it twice with no luck as the app doesn't respond, so I have to close it. This seems to be happening after a security update to Windows. I am on Win10 Pro Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.685). The version of Enpass from the Windows Store is: 6.5.2.0 Below is the Application Log with Error and Event ID 1002 each time Enpass doesn't open to where I have to force a close of the program: The program Enpass.exe version 6.5.2.0 stopped interacting with Windows
