Error Running on Windows 10

I'm getting an error

C:\\Windows\System32\Windows.ApplicationModel.Store.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains and error.

. . . . . Error status 0xc000012f

Tried unistalling and reinstalling application to no avail.
