As far as I understood, you want to change the label for the TOTP field and that can be done easily and in-fact for any of the field in item. Hope this helps. Cheers! In TOTP spec, the generated code is relevant to username and key, but the username of TOTP is different from the login username. I want to custom the TOTP username.
