Synced Google cloud password problem

Hi

I have several vaults in my Enpass account. One of them is shared with my employees for company passwords, synced through our company's Google account.

It is set on my account as a second vault, but on other computers in our company it is the main vault, and they all use the same password to login.

I wanted to update the password for security reasons, but when I am prompted to enter the current password of the vault, I get an alert the password is incorrect.

I assume maybe somebody in the company changed their primary password, and in effect it changed that of the vault itself on Google, but after asking everyone I did not find whom and what the password was changed to.

How can I retrieve or update this password, without of course loosing all the very important data saved on our Google Enpass vault??
