Doesn't recognize my purchase

I downloaded enpass.app from the App store for my Mac laptop, but i can't do anything else.  It takes me to the page for add apps, but when I try it cycles back to the Get Enpass Now page.

Hi @Eleanor,

That's strange! You could try installing Enpass from the website as there seems to be some issue with the store downloaded Enpass on your device. Try signing out from the App Store on Mac and installing Enpass.
