saved form autofill option dissapearing from menu

On some pages that I would like to save the form (for development testing purpose) the options to save the form data is not available at all from the menu so I can't save it at all.  I don't know the requirements to make the option visible but this is very annoying.

 

Behavior expected..

- Menu item for saving form always available.

- On click on menu item, new window with all the page fields with all values assigned to them

- Can delete unwanted fields from list (because sometimes, multiple <form> are available on a single page.

We would like to inform you that WebForm requires a password field on the web page to save the form data. If any password field is present and you are facing issue in saving form share the website with us (if it is public link), we can check at our end.

Please remove that constraints... We want to save the form as is even without password.
