Is keyfile in the standard Windows beta?

I must be missing something as I can't seem to find where to enable adding a keyfile in addition to the password to access the vault (Windows 6.0.0 (149)). I checked under settings and can't seem to find it even though I'm reading it as available under release notes. It's probably right under my nose... Any help in locating where this gets set would be helpful.
