    Hi Garima, OS-Version for both systems is 10.15.7. Enpass Version is 6.5.1 (723). I did no changes. I can switch the problem by reset the sync on each device. Means PC1 can sync after reset both but PC2 get error or PC2 can sync after reset both and PC1 get error. No problems with mobile devices.

    same problem here, did the procedure shown from Garima. But have the same result. Get Error 307018 on the second Mac. Sync on the first mac and the mobile devices is working.
