I have Enpass on a MacAir laptop that gave me the same message, and when I asked for an authentication coded, it was sent to a "privaterelay.appleid" email address, which I did not get in any way. Checked messages and email including junk) - nothing. I realize for security an unused application like Enpass needs a reset, but this difficulty is scary because we need our passwords on the road, and don't have time to go through this process.
