    I know it's late, I don't know why you haven't received a reply. I ran into the same issue on my phone (purchased on Chromebook), and restarting the phone worked. Maybe same fix will apply to Chromebook, in case of future inquiries

    Hello, on my Chromebook after a while, Enpass will come up and ask me to input my PIN randomly. I understand if I'm in the app and it locks, but I would just be doing work, and all of a sudden the app takes over the screen and asks to log in... is this behavior normal? I would very much rather not set a lock out period of 12 hours for security reasons, but I don't want to be asked every 5 minutes when I don't even need to use Enpass
