    Guys, 11 days after you posted your apology and the issue is still happening. How is this possible? I can't wait much longer, maybe I need to take my whole vault someplace else, to somebody that cares about its users, like LastPass...

  2. Old vault is still in the system after uninstall

    Hi guys, I'm trying to completely uninstall Enpass from my Windows 10 Pro machine to start a new vault after forgetting my master password. The problem is that even after I uninstall the program properly and make sure the Enpass folder has been removed (and even restart the machine), once I re-install the software instead of getting the initial prompts to create a new vault or restore, etc, I'm immediately sent to the old master password login screen. How do I COMPLETELY remove Enpass from my system, old vault and all? thanks! Ariel
