    I've fixed the issue. It seems to be because Windows Defender's anti-malware protection prevented writing to the C: \ USERS \ folder. Turn Ransomware protection off

    1. Item creation is not possible in Enpass. I tried several times, but it didn't work. 2. Error occurs when attempting to synchronize with Dropbox. The error message is as follows 'Something went wrong while syncing with Dropbox. Error code: 209997 or 204401' I have reinstalled Enpass, but the problem remains.
