The above instructions seem to have fixed it: still a bit worried why I only found out about it when I tried using a password on one device that I had created on the other one even though I use Enpasss daily on both devices... Will see how it goes and if this happens again.

Running v. 6.4.4 (462) on my iPhone and 6.4.2 (668) on my Mac and now facing this error... No updates available for either.
A tool is only a tool when it's not getting in your way to get things done... The MAIN reason I'm using Enpass is because of being able to use OneDrive, if this starts to not work reliably... :(
