i had to reinstall the app on ios (iphone) becuse it kept crashing after opening. now there seems to be a registered EMail on my account which isn't mine. pls. view screenshot. i am worried that this is fraud or scam activity. 

The EMail (german notification see below)  is definately not mine and i can't change it!

Welcome to the forum! 

It seems you used Sign-In with Apple and checked "Hide my email" on Enpass. The above email is genearated by Apple's private relay mail service that creates an ambiguous ID to conceal the user's authentic mail. 
There was earlier an issue with changing this mail which is now fixed. Please update Enpass to the latest version.
