Can't Run new Windows 10 Enpass Password Manager

Featured Replies

Can't run the new Windows 10 application, not sure why. Don't have issues with any other store apps, just this one. I've looked at the WindowsApps permissions but I'm reluctant to change them. This is the error I get:

Hi @onepass-refugee

Sorry to hear about your trouble going through.

For quick troubleshooting please try re-installing the Enpass and check again.

If the problem persists, please let me know :

  • Build version of Windows you're using?
  • Does this happen when you launch the fresh app or comes while the app is already running?
  • Which Antivirus are you using?
  • Have you installed any other Enpass version (Traditional or UWP) in your system?

Thanks for your co-operation!

I've tried reinstalling several times, doesn't make a difference.

  • When launching the fresh app, "Enpass Password Manager" has never worked for me since installing.
  • Windows Defender
  • Yes, I've installed the traditional desktop app and the old enpass windows store app.

Thanks
