Hi, 

 

We use Mac Ventura 13.6 and Enpass 6.9.1.

 

Unfortunately the app crashes a few seconds after I entered the master password.

There is a window telling "Enpass wurde unerwartet beendet."

 

I have already deinstalled and reinstalled Enpassed a several times. Same error occors ...

 

I hope you can help me!

1. The cloud service you are using to synchronize the data.
2. Kindly copy the full crash report in a .txt file and share it with me.

1. Are you using any cloud service? If yes, please confirm the name.

2. What is the number of vaults and approximate Item count in Enpass?

3. Are you able to use Enpass in any other synced device?

4. Try using the Enpass app Website version from our official website  and see if crash is happening there too?
