OneDrive sync fails with error code 1204958

Featured Replies

Hello my Vault syncing to OneDrive is failing across Windows, MacOS, iOS, iPadOS and Android OS. I have attached a screen shot of the failure message on Windows for reference and have confirmed the same message with error code is in all previously mention platforms

Please disconnect the sync between your Enpass vault and Onedrive, then reconnect it and check if the issue is resolved.

Hi. I am having the same issue (error code 1204958 when syncing to Onedrive) with Enpass for Windows (6.11.14 2056) and Android (version 6.11.12.1147). I have disconnected the sync between Enpass vault and Onedrive, then reconnected it, but the issue remains.

Any other suggestion?

I'm having the same issue with vault syncing on OneDrive with error code 1204958 (on Android and Pop OS), but after extensive troubleshooting I checked the Microsoft service dashboard and saw that OneDrive is currently having issues: https://status.cloud.microsoft/m365/

Might need to wait until those clear up before attempting to fix the Enpass sync.

Thank you @xbolte, I should have checked that before posting. The MS service has been restored and Enpass sync is now working.

This issue was caused by a temporary glitch on Microsoft’s end, and it has now been resolved.
