Enpass crashes after unlocking it using Windows Hello on Windows 11 for ARM64

Featured Replies

Enpass on Windows 11 for ARM crashes a lot; it crashes whenever it uses Windows Hello to unlock Enpass. I use Enpass on multiple x64 versions of Windows 11, and I do not see these crashes. If I change Enpass to use a PIN to unlock, I don't seem to see these crashes, so it appears this is related to Windows Hello.

Is this specific to Windows on ARM64? Could we get a natively-compiled version for ARM64?

This is on a Lenovo Slim 7x with the CPU: Snapdragon(R) X Elite - X1E78100

Windows Hello could also use some optimization. On the X64 version of Windows 11, every time I use Windows Hello to unlock the Enpass app or the Chrome extension, the PIN entry interface pops up first before the fingerprint recognition interface appears. This makes the entire process very slow. Please consider optimizing the support for Windows Hello.

I'm seeing the same things on Windows 11. Super annoying. I face unlock, it looks like it is about to open and then BOOM. App is closed, and I have to type my 100-character master password back in!! Super annoying. Please fix!
