February 18Feb 18 Hi there, i am trying out Brave browser on linux and osx, and find enpass not working. It does show this:but even with clicking on it it will not show anything other than that. the extension is installed and also connected to the enpass app. on firefox / chrome it works beautiful any idea what to do?
February 18Feb 18 By connected you mean, you've inserted the code to authenticate the extension to Enpass itself?Firefox and Chrome have been tested with the same webpage?Have you checked maybe to disable Browser Signature Check?I'm not completely sure, but maybe the current Brave build has a signature, that is not allowed by Enpass.

I have tried both settings for Browser Authentication. but without result. here is what i mean. But I'm no Enpass tech team, this is just my understanding. So I'd suggest uninstalling the addon, reinstalling it, waiting for the auth screen to appear and hoping for the best. Otherwise you'll have to wait for the support team.

Otherwise you'll have to wait for the support team.yes same for me. i have realized that after reinstalling on osx i have now a working enpass browser integration on brave, not on linux tho. its ubuntu 25. any idea what i can do?
February 20Feb 20 I guess you have to wait for the dev team to fix this somehow. But with how slow they have been in some cases I’d rather use another fork of Chromium in the meantime or change the password manager… Edited February 20Feb 20 by AnakinCaesar
February 25Feb 25 Author Hi there, i managed to make it work by deinstalling enpass (it was installed as snap package) and then reinstall it using the apt source provided by enpass (https://support.enpass.io/app/getting_started/installing_enpass.htm)now it works for ubuntu 25. thanks a lot for help!
