Session expired

Featured Replies

Enpass Pro lets me log in, but then a message pops up, which I can't dismiss, informing me that I haven't used the appllication for some time and I have to authenticate by a code which will be sent to my email address.
But this email message never arrives.
And it's not in my SPAM folder.
I can't even change the mail address.
So I am logged in, but I can't use the application.

I even installed the newest version manually.

If Enpass has remained inactive on a device for an extended period, you may see a “session expired” message when unlocking the app, prompting you to reauthenticate.

Please try requesting the activation code again. The code will be sent to the email address displayed in the session expired pop-up. Also, kindly double-check your Spam/Junk folder to ensure the email hasn’t been filtered there.

I am hosting my own mail adress. No Spam gets deleted. I don't receive any emails from enpass.

I still can access Enpass Pro (Lifetime) on my iPhone without trouble.
I checked the licence and mail address.

So next I removed and reinstalled Enpass from App Store.
Now the same proceduce is going on, this time for activation.

And I do not get any code send.
