Full Windows Hello stopped working after BIOS update

I've been using Enpass with full Face ID unlock for years. Recently, I updated BIOS on the PC and the option to unlock Enpass with Windows Hello after the system (or Enpass) reboot is gone. I now see "Master password is required every time you restart Enpass".

How can I restore the full Windows Hello functionality? I tried deleting and re-registering Face ID in Windows Settings, but this didn't help.
