Trying to update to latest version and every time I request it it fails and says in red

Very frustrating can i get the latest upgrade sent as a seperate file to download rather than doing it thru the app?

Are you using proxy for internet. There was a bug where proxy was working unexpectedly in update dialog. It has been fixed in upcoming update.

Yes as it is a company supplied PC

Is there a work around so i can get a download of the latest version with out going to the windows store

On my company PC (Windows 10) I have to use a proxy which works well with Enpass 6.0.0 (230) generally.

Enpass now tells me there is an update available, so enpass seems to be able to communicate through the proxy at all:

When pushing the "Jetzt aktualisieren" (update now) button a screen saying "Enpass wird heruntergeladen" (Enpass is going to be downloaded) with a progress bar appears and it says "Keine Internetverbindung" (No Internet connection):

Does the update mechanismn honor Enpass' proxy settings?

How can I update otherwise?

I cant seem to download it unless from the Windows Store which is also a restricted location for my company.

Surely the latest download link for Windows 10 can be added as a separate download on the enpass site??

I just want a simple download here link or button not a redirect etc

Could you please send me the link for the update i have been a loyal promoter of enpass but these simple needs are not addressed quickly nor are solutions provided.

This is completely frustrating if it can only be obtained thru the windows Store then I will have to recommend we all delete using Enpass company wide

I cannot seem to download the lastest update of enpass and therefore i cannot use  it or recommend it anywhere.

The company we are in has over 1000 users and it seems a pity that the update cannot be simply downloaded separately as Windows Store is not available unless the company approves individual download sites for websites

Surely someone can send thru or post on your own website the download for the latest version of Enpass I personally thinks its the best but if you cant get updates easily and directly then it is finished.

All i want to do is update to the latest and Enpass prevents it and forces you to get it from the Windows Store which our company blocks access to.

Surely you can send a link to the latest file in Enpasses own website or similar????

I would like to share that the proxy issue has already been fixed. Could you please try updating the Enpass app and let me know if the problem.
