However, it is not normal (in corporate contexts) to share accounts, so the idea of creating a cloud sharing account just to facilitate sharing a vault between people is not acceptable.   2. App recently started reporting an error with OneDrive sync, so I disconnect and attempted to setup the sync again. Unfortunately after authenticating on OneDrive the app just freezes on the "Set Up Sync... Please Wait" screen. Ubuntu 19:10 Enpass 6.3.3.601 Have tried; sudo update-desktop-database and sudo update-mime-database /usr/share/mime Still no luck?!

  3. Dear all, upon trying to sync with my existing OneDrive backup from the desktop application 6.0.4 (268), I receive the error message "Something went wrong while syncing to OneDrive. Error code: 504035". Until c. 2 days ago, this was not the case. I already tried resetting the sync and resetting the sync including deletion of the backup on OneDrive. Does not make a difference, though, I still get the same error message. How can I set up the sync again? Thank you and regards, Frank

  4. I have just started to sync my Documents folder with OneCloud. It always stalls with two files remaining open: enpasssettings.db and syncmeta.db. These files remain locked even when Enpass is not running on the desktop. I have to use TaskManager to shut Enpass down. Then the files sync OK. I remember something like this in 2018 when the same issue prevented an Enpass update. Please fix this issue - it is an irritation every time I use Enpass and I'm sure you don't want that. The app should not continue to run in Task Manager even after I have closed it on the desktop. Thanks

    Have owned Enpass for three weeks and have been trying for three weeks to sync the vault from my MacBook Pro to my iPhone - without success. Have tried all methods - three different cloud accounts and wifi syncing. Would prefer wifi syncing and have given Enpass app permission to connect to network but am unable to find the wifisyncserver_bin file anywhere on my computer to also permit it to connect to the network. Really like the app on the laptop, but very frustrated that I can't sync it with Enpass on the iPhone. The manual and troubleshooting guides are of no help.

    Sorry but I'm done with your crappy software. I'm a developer myself and I know releasing a bug free software is impossible, but your update from 5 to 6 was just BS. You killed the sync functionality and the db conversion from 5 to 6 also wasn't bug free. OK bad thinks might happen... but all these problems were reported months ago and still there are no fixes. Even worse now sync is broken on all platforms! In my case (WebDAV) sync is broken because of a character conversion failure. So if minor bugs like these take you months to fix, how long would a security critical bug like a failure in your vault.db design take to fix? So I'm done with Enpa…

    I'd like to report a bug in syncing with Enpass for Windows desktop in Windows 10. Hi, I have Enpass synced to Dropbox and I've been getting this dialog box at various times when using Enpass over the past 10 months, but even more so after I upgraded to the latest desktop version. I click on Don't ask me this again and cancel and of course it asks me again. I don't want to click on Move out of Dropbox unless it is safe to do so. What is this, why does it continue, and can I move this file to $Deleted as requested?

    Enpass had been syncing successfully with Google Drive, but I want to move off of that. I changed it to sync with my NextCloud. That worked for about a day. Then I noticed that the synchronizations stopped happening. Trying to sync manually failed. So I disconnected from the NextCloud and tried to set up the connection again. This did not work. When I type in the URL, username, password, and hit Connect, it just sits there doing nothing, claiming that it is connecting. Nothing happens. Hitting Cancel does nothing, so I have to hit the Close box of the dialog to dismiss it. I then reconnected to Google Drive. It can still talk to that, so I know that my fire…

    I'm a new Enpass user attempting to set up sync to my own WebDAV server. I seem to be connecting, but the sync fails every time with error code '904405' both from Windows (10) and Linux. I have verified that the time is set properly on the server and all systems. This error code does not seem to be documented anywhere. What should I try?

  15. I want to share a vault with my fiancée and I was thinking that Google Drive would be a good option. I already pay them for email & drive service.   16. The recent Enpass 6 update broke the OneDrive Cloud Syncing on All Systems. I first notice the sync error on my iPhone then my OMEN Laptop and lastly, my Surface Book.   17. Enpass 6.3.3 (596); Windows 10 (18362). I'd been using sync for a long time, but today Enpass said it needed to "reauthorize" my OneDrive sync. So I click the button, and the little spinner spins forever, with nothing happening. So I clicked the "disconnect" button, and tried to "Set up Sync" all over again.     I've set up an ubuntu server with nginx and WebDAV, just like the server that I ordinarily use for syncing my Enpass. This setup worked fine in Enpass 5, but with Enpass 6 (on both Linux and iOS) attempting to sync just causes the client to crash. I want to make this server available to the Enpass team for their debugging and troubleshooting effort around the WebDAV crash in enpass 6. How can I communicate the details?

  20. With this new update my cloud sync was disabled so I tried to set it back up. When trying to do so, I get the error saying : "Sync Error. Password of Data on Google Drive (or Dropbox) Required. I've tried my enpass password and all variations of my dropbox and google drive passwords and nothing works. you have a "help" button that leads to a dead link. What is going on? Why can I not sync my data anymore? both my android app and desktop app are up to date with the most current version as far as I can tell since I updated them today.

    I have an up=to=date Debian (10) installation and iCloud sync stopped working. On reconnecting not even the browser get started. I tried another browser as default, same result. Since I could not get Sync to work I totally removed Enpass and installled the latest version today. When I choose iCloud sync I get a message: Error during recovering data (translated from Dutch) even before something else happens. Any idea what could cause this problem? Debian is my main install and without Enpass....

    Hello. Enpass cloud sync using OneDrive usually works very well for me. But this morning I experienced the problem of some changes made in the traditional Win32 desktop application not syncing to other devices (Windows tablet and Lumia 950). When I tried manual sync, the phone and tablet would fail repeatedly. "Last attempt" time updated, but "Last synchronized" date remained old. Then, I opened the Windows 10 UWP app on my PC, entered the same changes I had made in the Win32 app, manually sync'ed, then tried to sync the phone and tablet again--and they both worked!   24. I've noticed even after upgrading to the latest Enpass program for both my iPhone and Windows 10 PC, the syncing no longer works with OneDrive. I've even disconnected the syncing on both devices and renamed the Enpass folder and file, and reconnected, but no syncing happens. On both devices, the Enpass app even says it "syncs" with OneDrive, but no Enpass folder and/or file is created in OneDrive.

    Hi, I setup iCloud sync, which is working great across my Apple devices. I want to share the vault with my wife. I could setup on her Mac, it allowed me to logon to my iCloud account to access the data file. With her iPhone, Enpass does not offer the option to use a different iCloud account, so it just looks at her iCloud account. Hopefully there is a trick to getting this to work?
