  1. Hello everybody, First of all many thanks for the almost perfect program ... I have a problem with the latest Wondows store version. Maybe the admin or even a user can confirm the same to me and promise with a solution or a soon FIX? So I am successfully connected to my Synology via WebDAV and syncronize everything with my iOS mobile phone. So far so good. Now I have created a 2 vault, a brand new one. Here I created a password / entry, that worked too. Now I would like to syncronize the second vault with the same or other access data WebDAV (other user on the Nas and this has no access to my main syncron folder) to another local folder on the Synology…

  2. Apologies if this topic has been discussed before. On the Box Community website, Box has stated that WebDAV support will end on 31st Jan 2019. Would someone please advise me on how I may synchronise my Enpass Vault across Windows and Android devices after 31Jan2019. Regards, David Deehan

    After updating to the new version, Enpass stopped syncing through Dropbox. The iOS version continues to sync, or so it seems but of course now my devices are out of sync from my laptop. Very upset! I uninstalled Dropbox from my Mac, deleted the access in Dropbox, reinstalled Enpass on the Mac, and requested cloud sync access from Dropbox. A request popped up to open a link in the Dropbox desktop app: After saying OK, I get a forever spinning, stuck screen: In the meantime, Dropbox does not have the know about any Enpass access: Please fix ASAP! Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

    Hi, I have an issue with my OneDrive sync after updating my Enpass desktop App on my Windows 10.0.16299.904 PC. It was working before updating to Enpass v6. The error number is 507035. Your help is much appreciated. (I am also still using Enpass app on a Win 10 Mobile phone but I've noticed it can't sync anymore with Desktop v6).

  5. With this new update my cloud sync was disabled so I tried to set it back up. When trying to do so, I get the error saying : "Sync Error. Password of Data on Google Drive (or Dropbox) Required. I've tried my enpass password and all variations of my dropbox and google drive passwords and nothing works. you have a "help" button that leads to a dead link. What is going on? Why can I not sync my data anymore? both my android app and desktop app are up to date with the most current version as far as I can tell since I updated them today.

    I’m done with you clowns. You deleted functionality that users weee dependent on. Remove a working and realistic method of multiple vaults and instead expect users to set up redundant cloud sharing accounts. How about instead of window dressing bug fixes you restore functionality for the people that you cut off from their vaults. 28 days and I now have 6 divergent vaults on Box and no means of effectively merging these in the event you ever restore the functionality that you robbed us of. Robbery being a fair description for taking money for features that you then scrapped without warning leaving users with orphaned data.

    I was fully disappointed with the latest version of enpass. I won’t detail the reasons. I have already found and started using an alternative solution, How may I safely and thoroughly clear *all* enpass-stored data from iCloud and all my Apple devices, delete the app from all of them, and then close my enpass account?

  8. Dear all, upon trying to sync with my existing OneDrive backup from the desktop application 6.0.4 (268), I receive the error message "Something went wrong while syncing to OneDrive. Error code: 504035". Until c. 2 days ago, this was not the case. I already tried resetting the sync and resetting the sync including deletion of the backup on OneDrive. Does not make a difference, though, I still get the same error message. How can I set up the sync again? Thank you and regards, Frank

  10. I've updated to Windows Desktop Version 6.0.4 (281) on Windows 7 PC. Android Version on my mobile is 6.0.4.196. PC is linked to Internet via Proxy. After update to new desktop version I was asked to reconnect to sync on my PC, I reconnected to G-Drive via IE browser successfully. Afterwards I received the error message 404056 on desktop app. So I first checked the missing Proxy link and inserted it for connction to Internet again and started a new try to reconnect. This time with a new error message 404004. Can you please assist?

    Hi, Some items in my database are not displayed in the iPhone app. The problem is similar to the one in the previous closed thread: https://discussion.enpass.io/index.php?/topic/1819-ios-app-does-not-display-content/ Everything in the "Login" category will show up, but all the other categories are empty, even though the Group window indicates the correct number of items in each category. Maybe this is not a syncing problem. If I create a new item in the iPhone app, it will save and sync to my Windows desktop where it will show up correctly. But in the iPhone app where it was created, it will be invisible. Someone else recognise this problem? …

    Sorry but I'm done with your crappy software. I'm a developer myself and I know releasing a bug free software is impossible, but your update from 5 to 6 was just BS. You killed the sync functionality and the db conversion from 5 to 6 also wasn't bug free. OK bad thinks might happen... but all these problems were reported months ago and still there are no fixes. Even worse now sync is broken on all platforms! In my case (WebDAV) sync is broken because of a character conversion failure. So if minor bugs like these take you months to fix, how long would a security critical bug like a failure in your vault.db design take to fix? So I'm done with Enpa…

  13. On my laptop and desktop PC's I set up the vault location to a custom folder in my Google Drive. On the android version however, I cannot select a custom file path, instead it uses a hidden App folder within Drive, which is inaccessible from anything other than the android app. Am I missing something, or is syncing a vault to multiple devices impossible?

  14. To the developers, if you create new data on the client ( PC or Smartphone ). actually the synchronization (after you have configured it) runs in the background independently in the interval. Unfortunately, no data is transferred although the connection to the NAS exists and the synchronization does not show any errors. Even if you select the Tresor explicitly and press the button " synchronize " manually, it looks like the process is running but after you synchronize the data set on the second device in the Tresor, there are no new data sets !! Only if you disconnect the WebDAV connection on the client that created the new record and then re-establish it…

    Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong area. I sync Enpass 6 between my iPhone and two macs. After having some problems with syncing after upgrading from version 5, I cleared out everything in the iCloud drive/Enpass folder. However when I went to re-sync, Enpass was still somehow pulling information from iCloud, which was the old information. I had to check the box to delete everything from iCloud, restored from a backup, and re-setup sync successfully and it works well now. My question is, how does syncing with iCloud work? I see there are files under ~/Library/Containers/in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop/ however this is being stored on my local machine. I've search…

    Hi together, actually I have the following problem: After connecting with the webdav folder (the permissions are correct) I get the error message "sync error 908417" The problem arises both when I try it in the local network, as well as a dynIP (port forwarding in the router is active - otherwise I would not have been able to connect) Anyone can help?

    Hi, I use PC and andorid 6.0.6 version. I use 4 Caveau sync with webdav in drivehq.com (it's the only possibility to have more caveau and only one account....) If I'm in my office or home and I am connected to wifi , the android (huawei mate 20 pro) sync is ok. But if I connect with 3G or 4G or LTE the sync have error. Sorry for my poor english.

  19. Hi everybody, I just felt like sharing a little script that I created for my personal use a while ago. Since I have read that a lot of users are still using Enpass below V6, I think that some could benefit from this script. It automatically copies your Enpass database from a folder to another, in particular to the iCloud Drive folder in Windows, since iCloud support was not active by default. It is written in Python and it can be modified easily as I put a lot of comments, in order to help every kind of user.   21. I've installed the latest version of Enpass Traditional on my business Windows 10 PC. The cloud sync doesn't work The authorization process with Google Drive succeeds, but after that nothing happens in Enpass, I don't even get any error message. In our company we're using a BlueCoat proxy server. On my private PC at home the cloud sync works like a charm. So I guess the problem is related to the proxy server. I've already tried the manual proxy configuration in Enpass, without success.     New Enpass user. Firefox is my default browser on both my desktop and my Android. Installed on my Android, and synced to my DropBox. Seems to work OK. Installed the Windows 10 client. Am unable to sync. Firefox is not able to "see" the Enpass file on my DropBox account. That is, when using Firefox, there does not appear to be any file in the Apps/Enpass directory on Dropbox. If I use Chrome, I can see the Enpass file is actually there on my DropBox account. Why can't Firefox see the file? I then made Chrome the default browser on my desktop and Android, and tried again. It appears my Windows computer's Enpass app is strictly to access my own account. Is there a way for me to accesss my wife's account via my browser?     I'm a new Enpass user attempting to set up sync to my own WebDAV server. I seem to be connecting, but the sync fails every time with error code '904405' both from Windows (10) and Linux. I have verified that the time is set properly on the server and all systems. This error code does not seem to be documented anywhere. What should I try?

  25. Hello, My synchronization has not worked for a few days now and I get the same error code 909992 on all devices (Win10, IPhone). I have installed the current client from the store on all devices. Nextcloud version is the 16.0.2. What I've already tried is to deactivate the synchronization and synchronize again. Delete the data on the cloud server, new initial synchronization works. But no updates on this I always get the error code 909992. Can someone help me solve this problem? Thank you lars
