I sat up sync to sync to a folder on my Android phone. When I export a .json file from my PC version of Enpass to that folder on my phone, I find that some entries from my PC version of Enpass are not in the .json file on y phone. How can I export a .json file from my PC version of Enpass to the Android version of Enpass?

I have been reading about importing roboform data. Seems there might be a problem so I thought I would ask if that problem no longer exists or not. The last posting I found was in april of 2019. I am running with ubuntu 18.04 and have to find myself a new password manager. I can use my wife's windows machine to get my password info into a file. Oh, I also swear I saw something that inferred another way to import roboform passwords by sending you the roboform information and you have an program to take it from there - was there something like that? Thoughts?

Switching from 1Password to Enpass Hi, currently I am using 1Password. I originally started using 1Password on Mac, but now switched to Windows 10 for a while. The Mac App of 1Password is gorgeous, but the Windows App is terrible. Especially since AgileBites does not develop the v4 app further and put its efforts only to the v6-cloud-only app. That's why I am looking around for other password managers and I would love to try it out. The licencing made this easy, so I installed the Windows application of Enpass. But now I came up with a problem during the import process. I've exported all 1Password items to a 1pif file. I am using the import assist…

Hello, Love your product. There are several online stores that sell software licenses in volume. They allow you to download a csv of all the software you've purchased from them along with name, email serial codes etc. Would it be possible to add a software import template like 1password does (for csv)? When I import and choose license it imports very poorly and varies per license. Thanks!

This is more of a "bug report". I had a rather exhaustive list of credentials that I exported then narrowed down and wanted to import into a clean DB using a generic CSV from Excel 2016. I could not for the life of me get it to import without blank lines inbetween every row. Finally used a utility to save it with Unix line feed and it FINALLY stopped thinking there were blank lines. Also, the import utility does not have an option for TOTP, even if I select an "Other Field" and name it TOTP I have to go change it for each one. Not a big deal since only a fraction of sites support it but just worth noting. Thanks!

Hi, I am currently using Intel True Key. I would love to give enpass a try, but it fails to import my data: 1. it asks for a .txt, but true key exports a .csv 2. even if I rename it and give it to enpass, it shows the progress bar, but stays there forever - never completes 3. if I cancel it, it has imported nothing Keep in mind also a few minor issues: - your site offers enpass 5.6.0 on windows, but the latest is 5.6.5 - the auto-updater detects this, but it prints: current 5.6.0, latest 5.6 (missing the third component of the version to download), so I originally thought this was an issue with the auto-updater - only after importing fai…

Safe in cloud uses "Label ID's" in it's database. It seems when one exports data from SiC in a TXT format that ID doesn't come along, however, in XML format it does. Enpass does not remove this Label ID on import from XML, thus creating a non-labeled field with a random number as it's data. I think it would be wise to have Enpass ignore the below tags when importing XML from SiC. <label_id></label_id>

Hello, I hope this post finds you all well. I'm new to this, so please be kind if I missed it or it plainly obvious...lol With that said, how do you import passwords if you don't have a PC and only have access to EnPass android app? If there's an EnPass website to login for using the EnPass web version with my Android Phone, please let me know where. I've looked and I can't find it anywhere or an alternative way to do it. Everything directs me to importing Passwords with an extension on a PC and I don't have a computer, only a phone. Thank You, ___________ Jerry

In addition to my own personal passwords etc., I also manage passwords for my elderly mother and disabled brother and have passwords for work. In my old password manager, I could organize by wallets so that their passwords, bank accounts, etc were in their own sections of the manager. Is it possible to move accounts into a folder? I created a folder and copied my mother's logins there, but they still show up under logins. I would like to move them to their folder so that I only see them when I chose her folder. In some cases we both have accounts with the same website and I don't want her information mixed in with mine. Is there a way to do this?

Hi, i want to import a 1password database which is in OPvault format. So, i went to 1passwd, and selected "export all items". This happened on macOS Sierra. The result was a folder called "1Password 2016-11-24, 10_56 AM (842 items and 1 folders).1pif". This folder wasn't recognized as a bundle, like the Photo Booth Library or something, just as a folder. Inside of this folder are 3 elements: a folder called "attachments", a folder called "previews", and a file called data.1pif. I selected the import tool in enpass, selected 1password OPvault as the input format, and in the final file chooser dialogue, i selected the data.1pif file, because i couldn't select the …

It would be nice to import all existing WLAN profiles (including the password, if the security type has one) Windows has currently saved. Or maybe also have a choice on which profiles you want to import.

I have e-mailed in the past about things I noticed when importing from 1password (1pw), but recently I noticed that opvault support was there so I tried another import. I noticed that a lot of the fields from 1pw are not recognized properly and/or you wind up with a lot of blank fields in the logins that you import. This is even after going through every login in 1pw and cleaning them up so they only have a username/password and remember me option set (1pw saves A LOT of garbage when it creates logins automatically). The import process does not recognize 1pw password history so you have a bunch of fields at the bottom of the login with older passwords (and yo…

I don't want to overwrite what is in dropbox from my other device. I want them to sync. I am fixing to reformat my Mac and don't want to lose anything and have to start over yet again. I can make a device backup, but how do I import and merge that later? Is it possible? I am ready to go except for this. If everything is synced on other devices, and in dropbox, I can erase this machine, reinstall Enpass and sync it to dropbox and everything comes back, right? So this backup is important. Please advise me on how to proceed. Thanks, Anna
