With version 6.8.0 the program always crashed within a few seconds. That is no longer the case with 6.8.1. But other problems occurred: on my MacBook Pro M1, Enpass forgets the registry and all sync settings. If I register again, it will not be saved. Touch ID won't open. But if the settings aren't saved and the sync doesn't work, then it's unusable. A rollback to 6.7.4 solves all problems and it works properly again. Please accept the problems! Thanks.

Hello, i just found your enpass password manager and i was wondering if there is a way to sync my data to all platforms i am using. Like if i create my passwords on IOS can i syncronize them to Android, Windows and Mac without having to set up each platform individual? Thank you

My caveau is installed on a Mac Mini with MacOS X 10.13.6. The sync between this caveau and the other Macs is working. On the other site the sync between the IOS units and the same caveau has been interrupted for unknown reasons. Disconnect/reconnect no result, QR and manual configuration >>> the iPad/iPhone do not find the server. Any suggestion ? Thanks and have a nice day

HI @all, i use enpass on iPhone and the Mac. I set the new passwords mainly per iPhone when I work with Enpass. I found out today, that the logins didn't sychronize between iPhone and Mac, so I made a new connection with Apple Cloud and synchronized the data. Unfortunately Enpass didn't synchronize with the latest password, but with the older passwords saved on the mac. So now all my newly set passwords are overwritten with the old passwords on the Mac, but not with the new oney. The Back-Up was made only for the Mac, but not for the iPhone, so I would loose about 15 accounts and credentials, if I use now the back-Up. How can I solve this issue? Enpass should now, if…

The sync no longer works on my two devices. This affects both WebDAV and iCloud Sync. There is no error message. The connection is just gone. It is no longer displayed as if one had never been created.

Hello, I've Enpass installed on IOS( iPhone 6s ,ipad pro, iPad air, iPhone 5s) ,Mac OSX El Capitan, Windows 10 Desktop syncing changes up to Webdav works every time. The changes Comes to the other devices only by deleteing the sync-connection and reconfigure sync. Than all new changes are on the device. The "last sync " differs from the "Last try" after many times of tipping to "sync" . I've tested this with OneDrive, Livedrive,Owncloud and the Problem is allways the same. Getting chnges from webdav doesn't work at Version 5.05 ! I'm an IT-Professional and be sure that this is an Bug of the Software and not my incompetence !

I'm running the Mac Desktop application (v5.6.11 (155)) and it's configured to sync with GoogleDrive. If I edit my vault and manually sync it to GoogleDrive the timestamps match the updated timestamps displayed in Enpass for the last sync time. When I open Enpass (v. 6.0.6) on my iOS device, which is synced to the same GoogleDrive account, my mobile app says it successfully syncs with GoogleDrive but the vault never updates. I've tried uninstalling the app, unlinking the sync account, and I've had no luck. All it does is restore the same old version. Thats crazy, it doesn't work correct since i buy the PRO-Version.... I use the MAC and iOS-App (iPhone and iPad) as the demo version and everything work fine, now i reached the 20 objects limit and i make some new objects in the mac-App and then i buy the pro-version on my iphone. but there is no syncronising between the iPhone and the MAC or iPad?!? Just got a new Macbook Pro and my initial sync worked fine but now I have to daily authenticate with icloud to get it to auto sync. I'm sure the issue is some setting on the mac but not sure what.

not sure where to post this, since sync isn't a unique platform issue but rather a feature across all platform. I am trying out Enpass with view to moving from 1Password (why? while 1P say they have not done it yet, it seems 1P is moving to a service where device sync is on their servers only, and a monthly account fee will be required rather than a 'per major revision' license model...so I suspect if Enpass can get this right then there may be lots of new clients to be had.) Sync over WiFi no longer works and I cannot get my password to work even though I can still login online and on my computer. I can also open the app on my phone but when it ask me to sync it then asks for a password the says it not correct

enpass is not connected with i cloud. it asks me to sign in with apple id and pw. then it says link has to be opened with the enpass app. after clicking it sync forerver. any idea? it worked before and works still on iphone and desktop.

It seems that synchronising the data does no longer work when using the application on different platforms and storing the data on OneDrive. I can change data on any device, however, the changes do not show on a device running on a different platform. Synchronisation between iOS devices seems to work, likewise the data on W10 devices shows as expected. The iOS app version is 6.0.6 (234), the W10 app version is 5.5.7.

I want to sync iPhone7plus with iCloud and PC Windows 7 64bit. After installing your Windows Program and the manual I see, that for iCloud syncing "Enpass downloaded from MAC App Store only" is required, which I cannot find on any Apple store. 1. I installed the MacOS Enpass app and successfully sync'd it to my Box.com account. I then installed the Enpass app on iOS. Selected to restore data. Choose Box. After logging into Box and entering the 2FA code, the Enpass app errors out as it can't find the Enpass data on Box. I found a KB article https://www.enpass.io/support/kb/sync/how-to-set-up-box-cloud-sync-using-webdav/ which worked on the iPhone. But you'll want to fix the correct Box sync option...

Hi support team, I will start synching Enpass with Google Drive and I get a error message 403 Error: disallowed_useragent see the image attached. I use a Iphone with iOS10.3.1. Is this a error or what can I do? If I use the windows application it works fine.

Hi, I am using Enpass Pro on a 2nd iPhone now. The initial copy from iCloud worked. But now changes are not transferred/synched. In the Settings an error Message is shown: Synchronization Error. You must logon to iCloud. Please check iCloud Settings on your device. Does anybody know what I have to do? BR Philipp

Hello Forum users, On iPhone1 with AppleID1 I synch the Enpass primary vault with iCloud. Now on iPhone2 with AppleID2 I would like to install Enpass and create a Primary vault that synchs with the same iCloud of AppleID1. After installing and launching Enpass on iPhone2, Enpass gives me a choice of "New User" or "Previous User": If I choose "New User" and create a Master Password for a newly created local vault, when I attempt to synch this new primary vault to iCloud, I am not give a choice of ICloud accounts. If I choose "Previous User" and attempt to synch to iCloud, again I am not given the choice of iClouds, only the iCloud connected with AppleID…

Out of more than 100 passwords with Enpass on the Windos device and IOS device (iPhone), not all entries are synchronized with an additional IOS device (iPad). About 50% of all entries are missing. The first synchronization took place in the same network and all IOS devices are up to date with the latest software. The synchronization was activated several times. Can someone help?

I use Enpass instead of 1Password since a few weeks. All went fine, synchronizing between iMacs, MacBooks, iOS-Devices. But since a few days, the iMac Pro Enpass is in a synchronizing loop with iCloud - Unknown User - Synchronizing... -Loop-Icon If I change/add items to Enpass, there is no synchronization.
