I upgraded to the new version of Enpass on my iPhone XS Max and the first thing it told me was I had to sync to Dropbox again. When I tried to do that, it keeps telling me invalid email and or password. I am able to login directly to Dropbox okay thru the Dropbox app so I have the right login info and the Enpass on my ipad (not upgraded yet) still syncs with Dropbox, but in the Enpass app on my phone, it won’t connect to Dropbox to sync.

Just bought the App last week and spent 4 hours manually introducing the information and it just won’t take my password. I am sure I am using the right password. Any suggestions??? Thanks

Hi My banking app Outbank has been updated yesterday. Before that, I could easily use Enpass to fill in the passwords into the pop up windows for the respective accounts. After yesterday‘s update, that does not work anymore. That gray bar with the key lock symbol, that became visible right above the keyboard, when Outbank asked for the account passwords, does not come up anymore. So to me it looks like that Enpass does not “see” anymore, that entering a password is required by the app. Can anyone imagine, what might have happened and how to restore that communication? One hint maybe, that I configured Enpass by entering the URL outbank.io into each acc…

When I try to create a new password field for a login that already existed and then generate a password for it the Generate Password button doesn't do anything. The entry needs to be saved then reopened in order to get the password generate UI to show up. Tested on two different iPads, for different entries. This is only an issue for editing an existing entry, not for new ones being created. iOS 12.1.1 Enpass Version: 6.0.2 (210)

Hey, i switched from Android to iOS and tried the Enpass App there. Now i experienced 2 behaviors, that make me unhappy. Browsing in the newest Firefox, the phone won't trigger the Enpass-App when i fill out the login form Opening an App and clicking the password icon and Use Enpass, i cannot unlock enpass using fingerprint, i must login using the master password, which is not useful for the user experience. Is there any solutiuon i don't know about or is this a bug?

Have a vault on Dropbox and have created 186 entries in it. Installed it on my iPad after sync, I can see in the group overview that the iPad can see 186 items in there but when I actually open it, it only display 20... what gives?

I have installed Enpass on Macbook pro. I also have an iPhone and iPad. Do I have to install Enpass on these 2 devices to be able to access the password vault on them?

I installed the Desktop and iOS versions (paid for the iOS due to the number of logins I have), liking it but having an issue on my iPhone. On some of my banking websites, when I attempt to log in it says that there is "NO MATCHING ITEM FOUND" and my only option is to create a new login item. The URL is the same that is in the Enpass entry, and it is recognized on other iOS Firefox and the Enpass Browser, just not Safari. I tried creating a new login item from that screen. Unable to view modified password history for an individual entry

Have had / paid for full version since 2017 on iphone n ipad. Update has relegated me down to Lite. With half my passwords missing. Enpass support useless- saying same emails numerous times in their reply to me: delete app, download again etc. still says on app I have not paid for it. Originally cost a£12 - now £48 for new users, but state that full version will continue if been using it. Down from rec 5* to 1* my recommendation - dont buy. Support useless, repetitive replies.

Hi EnPass support, I have 2 MacBooks (personal and work) that both are connected to the same Apple iTunes account and both have EnPass installed on them. Both Enpass apps are synced via the same iCloud account. I purchased EnPass app via iTunes on the personal mac. I re-installed EnPass via iTunes > Purchased Apps on my work mac, synced back with iCloud and when I open it and go to Settings, it's asking to buy again the app. How can I fix this? Thanks, Adrian

I have my work AD account stored in Enpass, and I've added multiple URL entries for the different subdomains at my org. When I visited one of these sites on my iPad, the autocomplete suggestion above the keyboard offered to log me in with that account (see screenshot below). However, it failed with an incorrect password every time. Eventually I figured out that another account in Enpass for a different subdomain was taking precedence and being used to fill in the login form. I am a new Enpass user. I have installed it on my Mac and it works very well. Then I have tried to install the pro version on my iPhone but the system does not let me do it. In the App Store only the basic version appears, which is installed without problem, but the Pro version does not appear. Therefore I have tried to switch to the pro version from the basic one. When doing it the system returns an error message saying that it is not allowed to make purchases from the application. The forums indicate that in order to restore the Pro version, I’ll need to reinstall Enpass app with the same iOS Account with which I purchased it earlier. This solution does not work becau…

The desktop Mac has an option to auto fill but NOT auto login to websites, as some websites break with that option switched on (please see screenshot). I didn't find the equivalent option in iOS. Please advise? Thanks

Hello, I have recently switched to Enpass (iMac, MacBook Pro, iPhone SE, iPad mini 2, all latest OSX/iOS. I sync using WebDAV, which functions correctly on the 2 Mac. But when I sync with the mobile devices, sync happens, but the display "syncing ..." does not stop. So after a minute or so I "kill" Enpass on the mobiles, restart it, and have to sync again for the actual sync to happened. Is that a bug or did I miss anything? Thx, regards Robert

In my enpass entries, I use a few special characters to help me find quickly what I am looking for. As for an example, I use $bankname where bankname identify my bank. (I use $RBC for my bank: Royal Bank of Canada). In enpass for window, it works fine. If I search for $RBC (in title or in content) I find all enpass entries with $RBC. That does not work in enpass for IOS. For an unknow reason, if I use the character $ in my search, enpass finds nothing.

Hi I just updated to the latest V.6 Version but I couldn't do an upgrade due to a bug. I had to remove V.5 and make a complete new V.6 install. I purchased the V.5 Licence on Mac App Store in 2017 and would like to use this licence. I have the e-mail confirmation. Any idea how to manage this? Many thanks Mark

I really like your app and it works quite fine on my iPad. On my iPhone however, the Enpass browser is not able to rotate webpages :-/ On the other hand, the iPad version of the Enpass browser has no tab overview, which makes closing the last tab impossible. Are these known bugs?

iOS: 11.2.2, iPhone 6, Enpass version 6.3.1 Hi there! I added a new fingerprint and therefore have to enter my master password again. Unfortunately I cant use the input field, because it keeps erasing everything I type. If I type really fast, I can enter two characters before everything gets erased again and the textfield is empty. There seems to be some timer at work. Maybe it's the system keyboard trying to be smart and getting a saved password. Pasting a password is not working either. Anyone had this problem? Is there any other way to unlock the app? Thx in advance!
