Hi all
I updated Enpass just now to v6.11.12 via the App Store and now it won't start at all....it just crashes every single time. This sort of BS is far too common with Enpass and I'm sick of it.
When will it be fixed? I use Enpass constantly every single day and need it working ASAP.
What info is required to help troubleshoot?

EDIT: It looks like v6.11.12 only works with Ventura and yet the App Store updated my install on Big Sur. For frig's sake, Enpass, how did you allow an updater to install on an unsupported version of macOS????!? Where can I download an earlier version that'll run on 11.6? I need this ASAP.

When will this be fixed for Chrome? It's now been months and we've paid for this app to work.

I'm having the same issue and am desperately trying to set up my Windows PC which had to be reset due to driver issues. I NEED Enpass to sync with my iCloud account.
WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED??!??

Lifetime user here, too. If there’s a fix, why hasn’t it been released????? I’m so sick and tired of weeks and weeks of this garbage.

I can't believe a new update has just been released but the startup bug is still there. This isn't hard to fix, Enpass!

I've now been using Enpass for a few days and whilst it initially seemed to be a great replacement for 1Password, I'm really at a loss as to why this bug hasn't been fixed because it's actually quite simple to do. This leads me to wonder if Enpass really is the right product for me if its developers aren't interested in the smaller details. 1Password received constant bug-fixes which indicated considerable attention to detail, and this is something that's very important to me when using a password management application!

I'm a new Enpass user and am also puzzled as to why the Enpass app isn't minimized at startup. I even tried to manually add it to my Mac login items and checked the "Hide" box, but the app always starts fullscreen. Can you guys please fix this bug because after reading this thread, it has obviously been present for quite some time.
I have an Intel MacBook Pro 16" running Big Sur 11.4 with the Mac AppStore version of Enpass 6.6.3.

I'd really like to know why a topic I started last week about an Enpass Chrome extension bug was removed.

As per the subject, I'd like to know why a topic I started in this section last week was removed for apparently no reason. I've searched this forum thoroughly and it's definitely gone. It concerned the Enpass Chrome extension suddenly now causing lag issues in an online MIDI editor; the lag only started in the last few weeks and it disappears when the Enpass Chrome extension is disabled or removed from Chrome.
