The master password allows you access to all the Vaults that you have stored in the app. I have been using Enpass for sometime and it has always been like this and it doesnt appear to be a security concern. I use multiple vaults to segregate my work and personal passwords. However, having the option to unlock only the Primary vault would be nice.

It seems Autofill info cannot be removed at the moment and its also discussed in the below forum. You can take a look -
