  1. I fixed it by removing the application with TrashMe and I am able to log in now on all devices.
  2. I have a Macbook Pro OS: 10.14.5 and when I attempt to log in, I get incorrect Master Password. The only thing is, I am able to successfully log into it on all of my other devices without problems using the same password. I have attempted numerous times to remove the application from my device and re-installing but it immediately asks me for Master Password to log in and of course, it fails. I even purchased the Pro edition in the hope it would resolve, but no, it did not. What can I do to resolve this problem please? My Vault is kept on Onedrive and I have tried renaming the folder so I have a fresh profile. I have even deleted the file and I am still asked to enter the Master Password on this device only. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
