I downloaded the latest 595 beta version, and unfortunately, it does not appear to be resolved. It is still happening the same as before. I set Windows Hello, lock it, it works once, and then fails to retain the setting. Is that the version that supposedly included the fix or is there a later beta version?

Noticed same thing. Was working in previous version. How do you revert to the previous version?

Noticed the same thing with the latest update. It was working fine before, but now WIndows Hello unchecks itself and does not retain the setting after it locks. It works once and then after it locks, it no longer works with Hello.
