Hi. I've used Premium for years, and thank you for an awesome product. I use one single vault accross my 3 computers and my android, syncing to the same Dropbox account. Lately I noticed my Laptop hasn't been syncted to Dropbox for months, and when trying to connect (via desktop app) to said Dropbox, I get error: "No two vaults can be connected to same account for syncing data. Connected vault: Primary" And Primary is my vault connected to said Dropbox on the other devices. And this Laptop knows only of one vault. I have different vaults for other things on some of my devices, and me and my wife uses a "Familiy" vault for commen password shareing. But every single vault has its own cloud account (Dropbox/OneDrive/GoogleDrive) Any advice? Desktop app 6.9.1 (1515)on my Laptop.

Hi there, I recently changed operating system on my phone to /e/. Enpass is available here, but going pro gives me errors, probably because of the paying system that's not fully functional. Does anyone know of a solution to this? Thanks a lot! David

Hi, I am an avid user of Enpass. The app is great. I use it on my phones, on my Linux machine, on my windows machine, on my mac books. I have accumulated many hundreds of items in Enpass. I paid for premium version just so that I can use touch id to unlock Enpass on my macbook. But I have hard time figuring out how to use touch id. I have already enabled Quick Unlock -> Touch Id check box (See attached image). But neither the main app nor the browser extension ask for touch ID. Master password is the only thing they ask for. I tested by enabling touch id checkbox, then go to main window, lock enpass by clicking the lock icon on top right. I also tested by letting enpass lock itself due to timeout. No luck. Pay for premium and then only use master password everywhere Just to test I tried using the pin option, which works great. I was able to enter pin to unlock enpass. My question is how to make the app ask for touch id? Using Enpass 6.1.3 (420) on MacOS 10.14.6 on MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2019. Thanks, Vij

Hello, I have purchased Enpass premium, and I want to use it on my android device as well, but when I synchronize my account on my phone it tells me that I need to upgrade do premium and to pay for that, which I already did on my windows laptop. How can I solve this issue ? Thanks for responding

Hi, I recently moved from Android to iOS. I had Pro on Android but I cannot find a way to bring that over to iOS. I use macOS as well. I remember using enpass premium on macOS when I had purchased it on Android. No separate payment was needed for macOS once it was purchased on Android. Do I need to pay $11.99 for each iOS and macOS to keep using enpass? Do I need to pay once via iTunes to get it on both iOS and macOS or can I bring over my premium account from Android to Apple platforms? Thanks.

I hope the feature for customizing all categories including defaults, this is why I purchase mac desktop app. but now is helpness。
